Well, I guess the more obvious question really ought to be is if a high level Amiibo is more fun or interesting to fight than a vanilla level 9 CPU character. I suppose "yes" is the obvious answer here or they wouldn't bother making this a premium feature, but is it to the extent that you find yourself throwing it into random battles with CP Us more often than not? Is there anything to significantly set it apart from just making a custom version of a character and letting the CPU control it?

And since they learn from you, presumably you'll have an AI partner who can kick your butt at your own game.
...Yeah, I kinda want the Samus one now at least. I normally main her and Link, but I'm not much of a fan of the modeling on the Link Amiibo, and I seem to be doing slightly better with Samus online anyway.
Got a Yoshi Amiibo for my game. At level 44, it was spamming items, using Egg Throw with great accuracy, and kicking my butt even with me using my best character (Toon Link). So one night I did a little experiment. Eight player smash, seven human characters and my Lucky.
Lucky won. Not only that, he was a freaking TANK. I'm definitely getting more of these guys!
Is there any way to set the default controls for every player at once? We're not talking about setting up the controls for one profile; I don't want to have to select a player name every time I play because I feel like the Y button is the B button and the B button is the A button.
ASAB: All Sponsors Are Bad.I'm going to try to put myself in 8 player brawl with one life and 7 cpus all at level 9 and with 5 stock.
I wonder how long I can survive.
Is this a Jo Jo reference?Amiibos, I actually am saving for Christmas. Have to have something on my list.
x4: You named your Yoshi Lucky? That's adorable! <3

Like, we've got to bring our friends back! I'll have a double order of onion rings!
Well, I just got my Samus (which I rather unimaginatively named Sam
). I've only done two quick matches with her so far, but the AI shows marked improvement even during the course of a single match. We shall see how long it takes before I start losing to it.
Also, I should probably go ahead and unlock that Samus racing suit in Mario Kart 8.
No, there isn't a way to change default controls. You'll just have to select your name.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!

Got my copy of Super Smash Bros U as well, but not the bundle. Got the GC controller, but not the addon, yet.
I'm really hoping the adapter will become available again later on.
