Ah, thought as much.
Seems like an odd thing to add later, since it's not related to online.
...Unless online Tourney is going to be a thing, but I doubt it.
So, time for another question. Am I the only one finding some of the event matches really frustrating? Like being Lucario at 200% and having to kill invisible Sheik and Wii Fit Trainer? Or the one where you're Little Mac against 15 other Little Macs, and everything is OHKO's? I'm talking about Hard Mode, mind you.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!I for one was kind of confused when everybody was claiming how much harder 9s were once the demos were released. The only major thing that annoyed me about them was their overuse of shields (and how, curiously, actually breaking said shields seemed to be nigh-impossible), and that could be said for the game as a whole.
...Of course then I get to one of my Classic 9 Megaman runs, where a Shulk consistently cheesed me off the screen on his amazingly blood-hungry stage. Guess they're just really specialized.
"Tell them to shut up and have some faith in me." - dead flashback guyI don't fight Level 9s, I fight only Level 8s.
The 3:00 limit on replays actually is gone.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. It is. It needs to be patched into the game first (along with Miiverse Battlefield).
As for level 9 AI, I used to fight them all the time in older Smash Bros titles, but I only fight level 8s now. Mostly because battling level 9s (when I left the nest, so the speak, so I no longer had my brothers to fight) had taught me bad form. I basically have to adopt a different strategy for fighting the AI at level 9, which didn't help me much when I fight other players online.

Level nines poke extremely well - it goes back to what Creeper said about them having great reaction times. It makes horde battles a nightmare, and even free for alls get outright annoying until a few enemies start dropping out. That said, they don't always go for kill moves when they probably should, and for the most part they stink at head to head fights (though some character A.I.s are really good at hit and run tactics).
Brawl's level 9's were harder than Melee's too, so it makes sense.

I haven't fought any level 9's in a regular match. As far as 9.0 classic goes, though, I find it very easy, especially since you get two lives a match anyway and can afford a slip-up. It's just Master Core (Master Edges, specifically, and occasionally Master Giant) that give me a hard time.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! And I wasn't talking about throwing the bike, I was talking about jumping off at full speed and letting it ram into opponents on its own momentum.
I sure said that!Ah, yes. I do that. I also pop wheelies here and there to throw people off.
I've been maining Wario since Brawl and have about 1138 hours sunk into it, I know pretty much all his tricks at this point. Now it's just a matter of adjusting to this game's different physics and stuff. :P
It's sorta hard to get used to his back throw and forward throw being switched, though.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Apparently doing Wheelies and landing on an opponent...goes through shields. That was nice to know when being a High percentage Jigglypuff.

I miss having Wario open his mouth wide when doing his shrug throw.

I got Super Smash Bros Wii U!
What should I do first?

Get a Gamecube adapter and then attempt to sell both on Ebay for $200.

,
And then succeed to sell both on eBay for 200 USD.
Buy Wii Us and copies of Smash Bros, then throw them through people's windows. THIS IS THE BEST IDEA.
Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectSo, some amusing stuff about Wario's eating habits.
Of the new items, the only ones he cannot eat are Master Balls and Cuccos.
However, he can eat the Zeros on the Pyrosphere stage, and he can eat the Starman's PK Beams, even if Wario is the one who summoned it. He can also eat Duck Hunt's cans and clay pigeons.
Tomorrow I should test if he can eat Greninja's substitute logs and dolls, unless someone already has an answer to that.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! So, a friend of mine has discovered that Ganondorf is a tad
bit
expressive
in this game.
Wario can eat most all things except for the 2 things you already said and Mr.saturn.
Wario has also been upgraded to even eat energy based projectiles.

@Pulse, previous page: What does throwing the Wario Bike have to do with Master Edges? Unless you just meant distracting human players, in which case I prefer to distract them by eating the Wario Bike.
Anyway, question. I thought this game had Tourney mode? I can't find it anywhere.
