Wow...I just did one of the coolest possible things as Sonic, when fighting a Link player online.
...And I was able to get it on replay with a few more seconds until 3 minutes were up.
As Sonic I ran towards Link who threw a bomb at me...I caught the bomb, threw it and missed, caught the bomb again, which allowed me to throw it one more time and cancel his boomerang that he threw right after dodging.
Then I won shortly after.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.I main Sonic, due to a mixture of brand loyalty and liking characters who have a nice, quick strike.
Then Mr. Game & Watch, who's attacks come in quick, hurt a lot, and he's really freaking good at recovery. Only downside is how ridiculously light he is...
Then Toon Link, who is pretty much Link, but smaller and faster.
After that is Captain Falcon, who is fast and hits strong, although somehow the three above did feel nicer to play... What is Falcon's Downsides, besides the lack of projectiles?
Then last is Jigglypuff, who only got so high because it was genuinely interesting to keep hitting in the air, and isn't higher on this list because (ironically enough), I still don't like her continued inclusion to the roster.
While I won't get the Wii U version for another two weeks (at the soonest), my main man is still Mario, with Little Mac as a close second. My third main is a three-way tie between Mega Man, Wario, and Pac-Man (I can't seem to do as well with Wario as I did in Brawl, but I stick with him because I love his games so much).
Still maining Kirby, though I sense it's going to be more of an uphill battle this time than Brawl - not as much an uphill battle as it was maining him in Melee, though, so no prob.
Other than that, my other mains are - so far - Dr. Mario, Shulk and maybe Palutena. DK is still a secondary of mine - I haven't played Link yet, but he was a secondary for me in Brawl so I'll probably try to pick him up again here.

@Full Moon...I don't know about that, I can check it later.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.... so... who else still has trouble fighting level 9 CPUs...?
It's been a while since I've played against them, and maybe I just need to get used to their particular playing, but... it was still very disheartening to have this much trouble with Pikachu against Sonic after I turned him to Attack mode because he was annoying me so much in Run mode...
I guess I really cannot main Pikachu in this game. It just won't do.
I mean technically I know that they're really tough in this game, what with how my ritual on release day was to try and beat every character in the demo on level 9 with Pikachu and get a perfect winning streak, and I was elated when it actually worked because it certainly wasn't easy, but... after playing the game for forever since and doing pretty well against skilled human players online, I figured I should've moved past the stage where level 9s are still one of the worst opponents I can find. It just seems like something every other player of my approximate skill level would be laughing at by this point?
I guess it might have to do with the different play styles. Human opponents are technically better than level 9s, but the AI is strangely unpredictable because unlike a human it doesn't formulate an attack strategy that you can try to predict, it just keeps going at you and chooses the ideal path towards hitting you and not getting hit each frame. You can't outsmart it because it doesn't think, so to speak. ... And it freaks me out because it's just never not doing something.

So what exactly DID you guys expect when Stage Builder was confirmed in that manner?
WHO'S BEEN DRAWING DICKS? Joins the Battle!
Are explosions science?

Haven't been playing much recently and have only dabbled with a tiny fraction of the cast, but my current lineup is comprised of Megaman, Bowser Jr., and Kirby.
As for the latter, he for some reason seems to be one of the few characters that can actually achieve the fairytale dream of shield breaking in this game, which, combined with his hammer now giving guaranteed KOs at low percentages when charged, is definitely something to be feared.
