You people just aren't adaptable to change. I take everything Nintendo does and just roll with it.
I could probably play with just the game pad and forgo the adapter altogether. I've done fine with it on Hyrule Warriors, and that takes a lot of button presses.

Souleye - PPPPPP - Potential for Anything 3DS FC: 2621-3105-8671Okay, this is really starting to bother me now. I'm not just imagining the changes to Palutena, am I? Okay, I don't know about Auto-Reticle because I never used it again after finding that it doesn't aim well and shot inconsistently, but her f-tilt definitely does more shield damage than a normal attack would, right?
can someone just... go online with me to test this? ._. just... both pick Palutena, one shields and the other attacks the shield to see how much it does? And we could take turns to speed things up.
I don't know why this is bothering me as much as it is, but it's bothering me as much as it is.

As it turns out, I will be able to get the Gamecube controller adapter for Christmas as well.
-Finger-Tenting- Excellent.
Breaking news: Vectoring was nerfed to the point of being almost non-existant. This means K Os happen faster and as such matches also go faster.

That's the best news I've heard all day about this patch...now I might actually get kills much faster to the point where it can't be turned around on me because of weak smash attacks.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.
x6 Nintendo released a patch note for the last update so I imagine that they'll release it for this one in due time.

Souleye - PPPPPP - Potential for Anything 3DS FC: 2621-3105-8671So I've been way behind on collecting custom moves. I wanted to get em all before Smash Wii U was out so I wouldn't have to split my focus...
So I'm going to use all of tonight and tomorrow to get as many as I'm missing. ;p
You gotta believe me when I scare you away, all that I wish for is that you would stayHe bought into it.
Sakurai actually bought into the ridiculous mix of Double Standard and Insane Troll Logic that is "Ridley is too big." Yeah, he didn't say it like that, but the opinion is still pretty clear. I am in utter disbelief.
...which is why Ganondorf is still Falcondorf. Face, meet palm.
I am not bashing Sakurai, he's a creative man who's given us a fantastic game packed with content, but this position is so hypocritical and so packed with Double Standard that I barely have any words for how utterly shocked I am. Looks like we'll have to depend on getting Ridley in Project M to show people who claim "too big" just how wrong they are.
Kirby doesn't have infinite jumps in a Smash like he does in Kirby games. Does that make him not Kirby? Link's and Samus's arsenals are stripped down to maintain a reasonable amount of moves for the characters. Does that make them inaccurate portrayals of said characters? Peach can actually fend for herself in this game as opposed to the helpless Damsel Scrappy she usually is. Does that make her not Peach? The Ness in Smash and the Ness in Earth Bound have completely different movepools, Smash Sonic can't break the sound barrier while Sonic series Sonic can... really, I can go on. The opinions expressed in this interview could not be more flimsy.

What is a fandom? A miserable little pile of flame wars! 3DS FC: 0387-9377-7408 PSN ID: Raven King SageOnce again, I bring up Bowser. He may be a Sizeshifter, but his canon normal size is twice that of Mario's.
And, on a more notable scale, Kirby is supposed to be the size of a basketball compared to a human.
And on an even more notable scale, Olimar.
HE'S ONLY THE SIZE OF A QUARTER, FOR GOD'S SAKE

Not just the dimensions. That long tail. Fully scaling him down is a challenge. I'm glad he actually explained that it was far more than pure size, but even more than that.
I understand where he's coming from too. His imposing figure is relevant. Ganondorf still comes off as a severely badass murderous warrior with immense strength. He's portrayed well within his characterization. He didn't use a sword till after Melee in a real game, so he doesn't need one entirely.

Shadow?I suppose it makes a sort of sense. Ridley generally has this looming intimidation feel to him that works well as a boss. There's a difference between him and, say, SA-X, in the type of intimidation on offer.
Well, except NES Ridley, but NES Ridley is both terrible and retcon'd out.

I have a message from another time...You can still make Ridley imposing by giving him an all-around vicious characterization as a fighter. Brutal attacks make him more threatening than just being huge. Being huge isn't even close to his defining characteristic anyway, it's being Samus Aran's eternal rival. If not for him, there would be no Samus Aran: Bounty Hunter. (In-universe anyway)

Yup, it's harder to do now. It's significantly easier to do if you turn tap jump on though.
That's going to be a non-issue for the Wii U version at least thanks to the c-stick.
