I'm really looking forward to playing on Kalos League, Orbital Gate, and Gaur Plain now with Metal Face action!

Orbital Gate in particular boosts my hype for Star Fox Wii U...it makes me happy that they remember that series.

I'm happy that they pulled the stage from Star Fox: Assault. That game kicked ass.

Neutral air—a basic attack that you do while jumping.

People have taken to just abbreviating attacks...n is neutral, f is forward, b is back, u is up and d is down.

And less flying men.

And more flying reptiles.

Nairs are a thing people tend to forget about I think, but they're crucial for a lot of characters because they usually come out fast, have little landing lag and attack all around the character.

Also, what was that website where you set up matches with other random people whom could give you advice and was considered better than For Glory?

[up][up]A lot of them also last a while, so a whiff can still be salvaged into a minor hit.

Several also have high priority, allowing characters to shake off weaker projectiles if they're clever.

I've found that some Nairs are deceptively good KO moves, like Luigi's or Yoshi's.

Dropoff Kicks/Nairplanes are really good if you can get the first-frame hit in.

R.O.B.'s stands out for being his fastest booster attack, and has the odd property of spinning him in a backflip, striking down and then back and then up. It's really handy for clearance, though none of his air attacks are great for getting kills besides the situational usage of Meteor Smashing with his Down Air, though his Up Air is useful if the fight ends up dragging into the ~120% range for the kill.

... I don't remember about Brawl, actually. I know that in Melee the nair was one of my primary KO moves with Yoshi and Luigi, but I'm disappointed with them in 4. I mean, Yoshi is obviously good enough without it, but Luigi...

Is it just me or do a lot of the sword users share moves (I've noticed the up smash and down smash or tilt showing up between movesets a lot)? Unless character movesets in this game usually recycle animations like that (I probably only noticed it on the sword people because they're the only ones I'm really interested in ever using.) Not that I mind or anything.

MMORPGs are serious business.

Recycled animations are indeed very prevalent in the series (especially with this game), but it's generally pretty obvious as to who draws from who.

As for the sword users, to be fair, there's only so many ways you can animate a sweeping motion with one.

Sort of yes and sort of no?

The triple-overhead sweep is indeed shared by Link, Meta Knight and Swordfighter, and the Down Smash of most sword users is indeed a pair of foot sweeps in front and then in back in turn, but overall I think all the sword users have a distinct style from each other, with the obvious exception of Marth and Lucina.

I sure said that!

That's really only because of clones...Link & Toon...Marth and Lucina...Ike shares one move with Marth & Lucy.

Meta Knight shares none.

Update Ver. 1.0.4 is out, but I had to search "Super Smash Bros" in the eShop to find it...

Also, here are today's pics. They're about multiplayer Stadium Mode.
