It's funny. I'm sure people were wondering for the longest while why stages like Palutena's Temple needed to be so big, and then this happened.

Like I said, team battles. It's easier for Mac to get in K Os with a partner to help muddle the fight a bit. At least, assuming his partner is decent enough.

Do you play with Team Attack off?

So I guess the theory that Palutena's Temple would have a Boss Hazard was incorrect. Earlier footage had a debug-esque "boss health" notation at the corner of the screen.

I just noticed all the silliness going on in Bowser Jr's trailer at the moment that shows all Koopalings in a 8 Player Smash on Battlefield.

[up][up][up]The matches I was talking about were For Glory Team Matches, which are timed and don't include friendly fire. And no, I never purposely play Teams with Friendly Fire on.

@K Sonik: According to my own research:

  1. Isaac
  2. Excitebikes
  3. Ray MK III
  4. Mr. Resetti
  5. Helirin
  6. Barbara the Bat (though you can get her hair and ears as headgear for your Mii)
  7. Grey Fox (though this is to be expected)
  8. Jill

And, of course, Mac got Promoted to Playable.

I loved Temple, so I can't wait to play Palutena's Temple. And I'm gonna have a fun time with those convos. Just bring in Hades plzkthnxbai

Also, who else got really excited to see Jungle Hijinx? Not only does DK finally get a new stage, it takes a mechanic straight out of DKCR!

  • Little Mac is 5'7".

[up][up]Does Mewtwo have anything to do with it? Even the Wii U owners would need the counterpart version for that offer.

Yeah, as far as I'm concerned, the Wii U version looks to be the definitive version. The only real benefit I see to the 3DS version is its portability, but I don't really care for portable Smash so it's for all intents and purposes inferior to me.

I'm glad because I got almost two months of practice in over anyone just starting with the Wii U version, on top of an engaging alternate mode and the fact that THIS IS A SMASH BROS THAT CAN BE PLAYED ANYWHERE ANYTIME.

I sure said that!

It's super weird that (assuming what I've heard was correct) the 3DS version was originally supposed to be the only version now that we know the Wii U version has so much more content.

I'll still play SSB3D. My Wii U's a hassle to set up comfortably the way the room it's in is arranged, but there's never a moment that I don't have my 3DS with me.

The fact that people are getting months of practice on the 3DS version means I'll just have to train extra-hard for Wii U. I'm really eager to begin.

So, how exactly does this guy HAVE a copy of SSB for Wii U to explain?
