[up]The way you typed that, now I'm imagining Fox pretending to be an Arwing when he thinks nobody's looking.

I'm just sayin' Brawl's Star Fox voice cast was great. They didn't sound like nasally idiots or milquetoasts.

I sure said that!

How about Ike now being a beefcake but still sounding like a teen.

I bet he totally did back in the day, too! NNYYEEOOOOWWWW

Also they changed Magnus' VA to Patrick Seitz. That one I noticed right away.

Its hilarious too how Sonic's gone through a lot of English V As (Jaleel White, the guy from the O Va, Ryan Drummond, Jason Griffith and now Roger here) whereas Mario and his pals still have the exact same VA from years ago.

[up][up] RIP Boston Pheasant. Also Wolf in that game not being Engineer from TF 2, big shame really.

[up] Yeah, that is kinda funny. Still, remastered voices and all that. Plus Knuckles has his current VA still and look how steroided he is in Boom.

[up][up]Eeeeeehhhhhhh

At least his old voice track is decent, if somewhat less fitting than before. Fox just sounds like a fool and Falco lost a lot of personality.

[up]The Uprising crew mostly sounds, if not the same, then similar.

Randomness has finally gotten the full Smash 4 and is so very happy.

So happy that I cleared Classic three times in a row with 2 of my regulars and 1 of my mains from Brawl.

[up][up] Pit and Stupid Effing Palette Swap are still Antony Del Rio (I swear once I misread it as Alberto Del Rio) but sadly Palutena is no longer Ali Hillis.

I'm aware. I'm just saying, while there were cast shifts, there's not any totally jarring shifts like with the Star Fox cast.

I sure said that!

@Baffle Yes. Every fight I go on feels surprisingly quicker than the ones I did in Brawl and Melee.

Might be because I'm conflating the fighting with the game modes and the character unlocking, but I still think so.

The only thing Smash 4 is slow at is that it takes a little longer to KO opponents, but not overly so. People rarely go over 150% from my experience.

Also it might be that I tend to use custom characters that hit harder, better, faster and stronger. ;p

[up][up][up]Well, for me, there's just so much... Waiting between hits that I haven't figured out how to nullify yet. And nobody else has, either.

[up][up]And there's the key difference. Equipment is banned from tournaments. Only custom moves are allowed.

I discovered an interesting technique with Greninja: If you start using Shadow Sneak in the air and start fast dropping, Greninja will actually fall slower. But once you release Shadow Sneak, Greninja will appear further down instead of in a perfect horizontal line. I don't know if that is going to have any competitive use, but it's interesting no less.

Also, you can use Shadow Sneak to cancel any ending lag from all of Greninja's attacks , while Shadow Sneak has it's own ending lag, it could be useful if you bait the opponent into attacking thinking they've got a free hit on you.

Greninja just keeps getting better for me tongue

@Nap Right, which is why I don't care for tournaments, For Glory mode or online play in general, really.

People be sucking the fun out of the way I play.

Sheesh, I've been making so many people suffer that it feels like my arms are bleeding, but somehow my win record's still going down. How?! I've actually been winning this time!

[up] Ness is psychic too. tongue

Anyway, I agree with custom equipment being banned. It can make some pretty unfair combos. I do not like the fact you can set up healing or Items(to start with) in actual tourneys. Also, by default, if you use the basic equipment, you get a 21 boost overall, 7 to each stat.

Custom Moves are not a big deal, although I don't think there's any ridiculous enough to be banworthy. Some are fairly powerful, but have timing windows to make up for it. Dr. Mario's The Old One-Two requires you to hit with both hits to get a KO halfway decently. Hit with only the last bit, and it only does a decent amount of damage and knockback.

Shadow?
