Do note that it doesn't work if there's a wall or floor in the way on the opposite side. Like, you can't wrap from top to bottom at the beginning of 3D Land, for example, because the ground's in the way.

a.k.a. Cly, that one girl who doesn't post here much anymore Something something YI = SMW 2 = SMB 5.

Someone was asking about Master Core? You can fight him if the Intensity's set to higher than 5.0. I have it set to 5.5 typically so I get the sword, Mirror Match and orb form

So, I found a stupidly easy way to get the "Run 31 miles" challenge. Pump up your speed as high as it will go and equip the Speed Crasher Boots. Play Smash matches with a level 1 AI and all you have to do is run back and forth along Final Destination. Too bad there's no quick way to play 10 or 50 hours of Smash without other players.

Those are the type of challenges that are suppose to tell the players, you don't need to do everything in the game in a short amount of time...

It's also a way of telling them that there are some challenges you can literally sleep on.

So my brother and I just got back from the Smash Club event downtown. 'Twas pretty fun, though we both kinda got our asses handed to us.

It's not that hard, really. It happens frequently if you remember the layout of the stage and get lucky with stat drops and enemy spawns

Greninja's also pretty well-built for what's behind the Challenge Doors.

I sure said that!

If you choose the right powers it's pretty easy as well, I only use two powers: Launcher Ring and Spinning Blades, mostly the latter though..

The mobs also can't deal with Greninja's stomp all that well.

I don't find the meteors to be that useful personally, Spinning Blades not only stun-lock the larger enemies, they cover your back so no enemies can get close to you while you can just beat them down. I think the only thing that gets through Spinning Blades is projectliles.

Maybe the reason Smash Run was made local multiplayer only is to keep the likes of Full Moon from F-ing up everyone. tongue

In irrelevant news: I finally managed to experience this freaking game through a demo in a store. Good lord, it was beautiful; busted circle pad or not. Guess that'll hold me a little until the release of Wii U.

On the subject of Smash Run, I decided to try Spinning Blades as well and I found it to be much better than Meteor as well, particularly where the meatier enemies like Bonkers and whatever those skeleton warriors are called are concerned.

Also, I found Charizard's Dragon Rush to be pretty useful for the same reason as Spinning Blades.

league play on another site, i've noted, tends towards trial-and-error, figuring out what moves trap the opponent consistently. My opponent's Fox was flummoxed by Dedede's down-A (non-smash).
