Bowser has got it goin' on, finally after three games.
Looks like good posture finally pays off.
I had thought that was stated outright somewhere?

Have to remember it's also a matter of scale. KIU's open-arena type gameplay means that enemies will be designed to have lots of them in an area at once, like in Smash Run itself. This is opposed to Zelda which has small rooms in the main, or Pokemon X/Y where you'd get significant slowdown when you encountered a Horde of wild Pokemon (meaning they REALLY weren't designed to have a lot onscreen at once, with those models).

Filling out custom moves...
I love it. One by one, I'm optimizing everyone. Playing Smash Run with any character tends to get them the most custom moves from the run, so I'm playing my favorites over and over.
Already got all of Mario's, Fox's, Bowser's and Samus'. I am gonna be so ready for Wii U. ;p
You gotta believe me when I scare you away, all that I wish for is that you would stay![]()
Looks like the tree doesn't fall far from the Villager.
Zero's kind of an obvious pick, but still, at least this gives just a bit more leeway for better Megaman trophy representation.
"Tell them to shut up and have some faith in me." - dead flashback guyShortly put, every character in Melee and Brawl shows very obviously that they were designed either normally, or with the wish to make them not bad, or with the wish to make them not overly good. ("Mewtwo is so powerful, we have to be careful not to overdo it!") It doesn't have to be a conscious wish, but even I would be biased to make sure certain characters are particularly viable while neglecting others even though I'm so uptight about unbiased balancing. It's just a human thing and a consequence of being the only one in charge more than a consequence of being an evil jerk.
Darth Taco's link. Is most likely going to be a wall of text, even with quotes shortening everything.
-there's an entire race of R.O.Bs
-The playable R.O.B is the "Master Robot"/leader of said R.O.Bs
-Master Robot (lets call him MR) actually the "lord of the world" pre-events of SSE.
-Had his race somehow taken hostage by Tabuu and forced their island into a bomb making facility
-MR disguises himself as the ancient minister "in his own shame"
-Subspace bombs require two R.O.Bs to kill themselves. MR also has to be the one to drop the bomb, so he has to personally drop the bomb and watch two of his people turn into suicide bombers.
-remember that one cutscene in SSE where MR drops the bomb outside the bowser castle and when he's flying away, there's one of the R.O.Bs waving at him. damn.
-Infact, MR is characterized constantly as being absolutely miserable about killing the R.O.Bs.
-Ganondorf forces R.O.Bs via robot mind control to have ALL of them but MR kill themselves via setting off bombs
-The R.O.Bs are supposedly no longer mind controlled after they hook themselves to the bombs, MR tries to communicate with them but it's a "we're sorry, it's too late" kind of thing.
-MR seriously was about to just sit there and kill himself with the rest of the R.O.Bs if DK didn't seriously drag him away what the fuok
-his race and island is destroyed
-from this point on, from R.O.B's POV, this is a revenge story.
-SSE ends with the fact that so many bombs went off on the island that even killing tabuu and reverting the bombs doesn't revert the destruction of the R.O.B race and their island.
-R.O.B, a NES and famicon peripheral, is a tragic villain in circumstances for a majority of the game and ends as the last survivor of his race who goes on a revenge quest for being manipulated and blackmailed into assisting the genocide of his race.
those eyes have seen shit you couldn't possibly believe
Maybe it's because I've gotten used to the 3DS models, but hot damn is that Bass and Treble trophy beautiful. I want one in real life now...
And yeah, the Smash "backstory" for R.O.B. is all kinds of fucked up. You'd think the peripheral that had a hand in saving the video game crash would have been treated better.

Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!![]()
At least we got a decent Original Generation character out of it?
But seriously, I'm kinda shocked more people haven't picked up on how terrible R.O.B.'s lot has been.
I sure said that!Is it bad that my first thought upon seeing Zero's trophy was "Dammit, Capcom"?
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Yeah, his being so important to the story in SSE is why I was confused about so many people wanting him cut in this one.
"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerNo, it's evidently Dark Pit.
Anyway, things like R.O.B.'s story is why I loved the SSE and will miss it in this installment. An epic storyline featuring all sorts of Nintendo characters being badass and kicking ass? Entirely through pantomime? Yes, please.

"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."

But again, KI:U has not been the only 3DS game represented that came out before Smash.
I mean, I totally believe that's part of it, but if he could import from KI:U he can import something like the Lizalfos from OoT3D, too, or more Pokemon from XY.
I sure said that!
