I haven't played any Fire Emblem game except Awakening, but I would prefer Micaiah to both Hector and Lyn, since there's a dire lack of magic users among the Fire Emblem repesentatives, and in Smash as a whole. The fact that the plan is to clone her from Zelda, one of my favorite fighters, doesn't hurt either. She's not only the best Fire Emblem character from a diversity standpoint, but also from a resource standpoint, according to the creators, since they'll mainly base her on Zelda. But I'll never play Project M anyway, so there's no point in me voting for anyone.

The thing about Micky is that the FE fandom hates her to pieces for being a Sue. Anyone who paid attention to Radiant Dawn would know otherwise.
What is a fandom? A miserable little pile of flame wars! 3DS FC: 0387-9377-7408 PSN ID: Raven King SageI'm of the opinion that Ganondorf doesn't need too much of an overhaul. Replace a few of his A moves (Fsmash, Utilt, Dsmash, ect.) with sword attacks, replace his Neutral B with Dead Man's Volley, and give him a different Down B. Though really, Brawl at least decloned most of his A moves already.
Perhaps change the properties of his Up B a little as well, such as giving it extended horizontal airtime but making it no longer a grabbing attack, just a contact move.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!I don't even care if he gets a sword or not. He just needs to be more of a magic brawler than the straight brawler that he is.

Are explosions science? All four of my old Brawl mains made it into the top 23 characters i tested out in 3-minute Smash. Now everyone gets 3, 3-minute Free For All battles (limited to Battlefield just to avoid the fact that some stages are inherently lower-scoring), where i'll combine the end score of the fights across all three, and then pull the top 10 scorers to fighting against humans online
Edit: For whatever reason i got 20 more K Os with Lucina than with Marth.
Edit 2: Some changes that surprised me were the ascendency of Bowser, Olimar, and Lucario, all of whom I could barely use in Brawl, while an old non-main favorite Wario was merely average, and the Starfox crew at the very bottom of the pack.

...what? It could be a trope.

What is a fandom? A miserable little pile of flame wars! 3DS FC: 0387-9377-7408 PSN ID: Raven King SageThat's a good question... do we have a trope for when one of a game's mechanics ruins the point of another one of its other mechanics, without being a bug or an out and out Game-Breaker?
@Mods (game mods, not at the moderators specifically): So I appreciate Project M and all the work they did, but personally I like Balanced Brawl's concept more, as they're modding to balance Brawl and removes cheap tactics while keeping it as similar to the vanilla game as possible.
If I ever start playing Brawl Mods, that'll be the first one.

Yeah, the balance gaps were the highest among the characters in Brawl. Melee was far better, with 64 being the best. Smash 3DS makes the balance among the entire cast closer to 64.
The problem with 64 is that despite having a fairly good balanced roster(not that it doesn't have problems, respectively) is that its course list had very few easy to play on levels. Also, it had a lot less Techniques(the lack of air dodging and side stepping, two easy ones to pull off), so it had less depth alone. That said, I think it had more potential than Brawl, but the fact you had to use non-wired Controllers to play it on the VC made it less accessible to a degree. 64's froze up more often than Game Cube's or Wii's, so it's easy to see which tourneys stand out more. All 4(that includes regular Project M) metagames are highly advanced now. Smash 4 itself has a long way to go, but I do love how it's turning out so far. And the patches we can download help too.
Shadow?Nah, Ganondorf's fine as is.
And really, he only did "Dead Man's Volley" once in all of the games he appeared in.
Fantastic Supreme Überkaiser Emperor Folt of The Infinity and Beyond" ... "The First"!Phantom Ganon is also a separate being completely. Just a clone of him via magic or something like that.
Agnahim is apparently Ganon's other form. I can't remember if that was clarified and can do it. Has regular Pig Ganon ever used the move?
I think considering this information, it's a fairly Ganon(dorf)-related move. I don't think any other villain not connected to him used it?

Shadow?

I really like the idea of moving the Falcondorf move set to Black Shadow and giving Ganny his own move set. That way, we get another villain and F-Zero rep, Falcondorf users keep their main, and, well, Ganondorf using swords and magic! It's a win-win-win-win!
