Like I said in the 3DS thread, that Toon Link costume needs to be DLC. That DK can stay out though.

By the way, I just saw a video showing all the character's final smashes (which I won't link because spoilers), and I gotta say, I love how small Giga Mac is. Like, even in "giant" form, Mac is only about the size of Bowser.

I might attend the midnight release for Super Smash Bros. 4. If they have one. In Alaska.

[up][up]It holds true to how he and Cam looked in the multiplayer minigame from Punch-Out W!!, at that.

[up]I mean, if you can find an electronics- or video game-centric retailer, you probably will be in luck.

... Guys, I can't believe I only just noticed.

The game remembers what palette you last used even between sessions. You can power off the demo and come back and the game will still start you out with whatever costume you picked first.

But this means I won't have to cycle to the first alts for Robin and Villager now! That'll save me countless seconds over the course of a few years.

Might use it for Robin though. I like the female version.

Did they do away with the stage builder in the new game? If so, that's really disappointing to me sad

It might be in the Wii U version. Given that the 3DS is already pushed to its limits, I wouldn't be surprised if it couldn't handle it.

Pics of the day: Melee style alternate music track switching is available, with a visual indicator. And the Punch Out stage allows you to select the version as well.

This sounds weird, but I can never do the Mario grab combo right, because of that uppercut.

When I try a uppercut, I get either an up smash or his up air neutral.

So, I just found out the hard way what happens when Mario reflects an Air Shooter. It is flipped upside down and goes straight down, with a reverse wind effect, which dragged me down into the abyss.

Hold up during the animation of your down throw. If you do that, the input to jump or smash be canceled out yet you can still up tilt.

Don't worry, in the full game you can turn off jumping via the control stick so you can up tilt on demand.

Also, Mario can reflect Villager's forward smash, dropped the damn bowling ball on my toes and ko'd myself. >x<

[up][up]That's weird.

Does it have a similar effect on Pikachu's Thunder (make it go upwards)? I remember "reflecting" Thunder, which simply causes it to damage everyone but the reflector.

Thunder Reflected still goes down.

Reflected Air Shooter might just be an Oversight...since projectiles not aimed directly in front(or behind)of you aren't suppose to be reflected in the opposite direction.
