Oooh, down there! Thanks. Looks like I got... 4171 right now. Gosh. That sounds like a lot.
(By the way, BB... could it be that you play baby blue Yoshi, too? Because if so... "one of us is going to have to change.")
PS: In other news, I calmed down surprisingly quickly and got my revenge against the Villager, 1-0. Link actually wasn't a big problem, I could've gotten a 2-0 with a few seconds more. Mario... also 1-0, but I spent more than half a minute running away to avoid a Sudden Death, ahaha.
Man. This game.
Ah, man, I've got like 15,000 gold now. I feel like I've allowed myself to become obsessive.
But I just had to see how things worked this time, and I really wanted to get a handle on the five demo characters, too!
But yeah, at a maximum of around 40 coins a match, usually less, I think we've all gotten a fair few fights in.

I sure said that!@Pulse: Dude.
You have the unlimited demo, though, right?
PS: ALSO ANOTHER THING I'M WONDERING. There was an analysis of the invitational tournament build of the game that said that Zelda had actually gotten "nerfed" somehow. Now, that can't be possible if this game is supposed to not have a huge gap between best and worst, since being worse than Brawl Zelda would be quite a feat, but is she still super-terrible?
... In fact, I'd kinda like to know which characters are considered the worst right now. And the best. Because I'm dumb.

Ha ha ha, no.
I'm sure that she was probably stupid good in the invitational that Nintendo had to nerf her.
There's already a Zelda player kicking ass in the 3ds tournaments going around. Her up-b is super deadly now (Seen it kill at ~75%) and extremely safe. Din's Fire stealths, and her meteor smash is quite easier to hit this time around.

DeerFunny how much playstyles can differ. I've talked often enough about how useless I am with Megaman, but Pikachu is great for me. I guess it's because I've been partial to short-hopped approaches for a long time, so Pika's forward- and back-aerials work really well for me. Even when an opponent sidesteps, I still end up hitting them. Pikachu is great for just keeping up the pressure like that with tons of little pokes.
Huh.
WELP, I have no idea! But that's neat.

Right now, I can only consistently win against lv. 9 CPU's with Megaman or Mario, the latter because he has an easy ~40% damage combo off of a grab, and Meg's because his super good utility on his A-moves.
Link I can play a mean poke game with specials + short hop grab but Pikachu and Villager are a mystery for me.
Flame sword is ridiculously good, perfect hitbox to smack grounded opponents, doesn't widen his hurtbox so it can destroy projectiles, comes out super fast and leaves Megaman on the ground to follow up with.

Deer
Same. I basically started going against level 9 CP Us immediatelly after I got the demo.
@59527: There can be only one.
...I'm fine with pink or black sometimes, too, though, if by any chance we play against each other.
And it seems like I have 8156. I honestly didn't expect that since I haven't played the demo lately. I usually get anywhere from 36-52 coins per match since I practice striking from pivot cancel a lot, and that involves a lot of circle pad-moving.

"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerI'm pretty happy to hear that Level 9's are apparently harder in this game. Training, ho! Not to slant Brawl's Level 9's (way back when, I vaguely remember them being harder than Melee's, but that a long time ago), but we've had years to figure them out. So I'm all for a challenge.

No, there are.
Makes sense, but I'm not happy about it.
