Yes, the new stage is called Gamer, after the minigame of the same name from Game & Wario. The goal of the minigame was to beat mom's high score in a Warioware title without letting her see you playing or without falling asleep (hiding in order to pretend to sleep makes you tired).
That game also somewhat terrifying because whenever Mom would show up to check on you, the game would switch from the Warioware Microgame music to "Psycho" Strings. And she later starts breaking reality just to check on you, as seen in the second Miiverse post by Sakurai
.
Anyways, this is basically Wario's stage for the Wii U, and frankly, I love it. It gets rid of the randomness of "Warioware Inc" while retaining the gimmick from that series.

I hope Mom/5-Volt spotting you isn't an instant KO. Otherwise we'll have another Wario stage with a neat concept but so-so execution.
I like the stage otherwise. That's some nice lighting and cel-shading.
Shame there's likely not going to be a Wario Land stage. They could use a Shake It stage in the Wii U version. I'm hoping they'll try to give at least two new stages to as many franchises as possible in the Wii U version, much like Melee did, to make up for the 3DS version's lackluster selection. That's probably too high of a desire, though.

Heh.
I always buy physical copies. Digital copies just feel strange to me.
"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."

A lot of middle school-esque posturing, basically.
I'm under the impression there's not very many, it's just that Smash is such a big fanbase that the bitchers and moaners seem to be very populous when the percentages are no higher than most others.
I sure said that!
