Anywho, does the Mario Finale feel stronger to anyone else? Cause it seems a lot more powerful to me.

I don't even know who to main yet. I used to go with Luigi and Zelda, and I kind of want to go back to them.

But I also want to get good with Greninja and Rosalina. And I always enjoyed playing Ike. Oh, and I want to play Robin.

... I think I'll be playing a lot of smash the coming year.

Not so much "stronger" as "has a more pronounced dragging effect" but yeah, I've noticed it too.

I sure said that!

Mario has an awesome Final Smash. It's only fitting the leader of Nintendo gets a boost in power.

I'm going to main Greninja so I don't really need time to unlock everything else, just time to get used to him.

I've always liked Charizard as well. He's about the only Pokémon that isn't annoying.

Unless you're facing a good rock-type.

Stealth Rock kinda ruined it for a while, though. It wasn't until it got part-Dragon typing and a big Attack boost or Drought and a similar Special Attack boost from its Mega evos that it really shined again.

... And Geodude vs. Charizard wouldn't end well for Geodude. The statistical difference is so huge that the type advantage means nothing, especially with Charizard's relatively high number of coverage moves.

I think I'm gonna do very well with Mega Man.

I'm especially interested in (but don't tell me) what his variant moves are all gonna be. If I could replace Crash Bomber with something less able to be passed back to me, and maybe replace Metal Blade with something stronger but less omnidirectional, I'd be set.

I have a message from another time...

Golem vs. Charizard would be a better example.

If that one Pic of the Day regarding his variants is indicative, all his potential moves are iconic moves from iconic villains.

I just like the idea of making him less of a Mega Man 2 pusher.

And even if you strip out all of his MM 2 specials, he's always got Air Shooter.

Air Shooter cannot be defeated. It's like Spitball Sparky, with a narrower but more damaging corridor for the attack area.

Yeah, Mega's definitely going to be one of my mains, but I really feel like I need his Crash Bomber and Leaf Shield to be replaced by.... something. They're neat to use when they succeed, but C. Bomb backfires on me more often than not, and I honestly have trouble finding Leaf Shield to be used as anything other than a distraction.

That said, when we have that TV Tropes Tournament that's been mentioned, I'll probably be using Peach instead.

Let's see:

MM 1: Super Arm
MM 2: Air Shooter, Leaf Shield, Metal Blade, Crash Bomber
MM 3: Top Spin, Hard Knuckle, Spark Shock
MM 4:
MM 5:
MM 6: Plant Barrier, Flame Blast
MM 7: Slash Claw
MM 8: Flame Sword
MM 9: Black Hole Bomb
MM 10:

So, there's potential to fill out the list of numbered classic games.

Should Mega Man & Bass be considered a main series game?

I'm honestly pretty stoked that his Final Smash is not only from Mega Man 9, but it's the ability of one of my favorite Robot Masters from that game.
