On the other hand, as I recall, every last one of those maps listed acts flat. Having the high ground hasn't counted for much in most Fire Emblem titles (except for Radiant Dawn)

Sooo..,you can pocket items that you're holding, pull it out whenever you want, and pocketing another item auto switches with the other item you had.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Whether the maps acted flat doesn't really matter, though, does it? Visually, there's lots of variation, and a stage in Smash would be based more on how it looked than how it played, yes? Unless Arena Ferox always had constantly shifting platforms that I've as yet failed to notice.
Er, that was a bit poorly phrased, but the point got through, right?

I took more issue with the post saying FE was "abysmally represented". The franchise with 4 fighters and 3 stages, 2 on Wii U is "abysmally represented"?
Vote. .#Bayonetta 4 Smash
Yep.
Got the demo Well...i just realized something embarrasing,
I can fight level 9 fighters pretty well, as Mario; Nothing special, but decently. I can't do shit with anyone else.
The price of playing nothing but Mario during your days in Brawl...Heh.

Numbers aren’t exactly everything are they?
Three stages, but two of them have barely anything to do with Fire Emblem
Four characters, but one’s a clone and two, not counting the clone, aren’t exactly great representations of Fire Emblem… Not that there’s that much unique you can do with swords, especially based off of Fire Emblem’s rather limited set of animations, so whatever on that one
... But my fanboyism is beginning to overtake my reason, so I'll be leaving until I get irrationally angry about Fire Emblem again. Which will hopefully be a while.

Strategy times:
Villager pockets...
...Fairy bottle(...or any high health restoring item...), as soon as 100% damage or higher is reached immediately un-pocket it...instant heal.
...Warp Star, Hammer, "bomb", or Crate, deal a lotta damage to opponent and surprise them with their 100th B-day suit party.
...Hot Head, fire attack it to max size and then pocket it whenever it seems like it might run out. Resets the time limit and size(I think)due to technicality.
Cannot Pocket...Smash Ball, Assist Trophy, Pokeball, or Cuckoo.

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Amusingly enough the one I have the most difficulty playing with is Pikachu
Also, not sure if it was already known, but the Home-Run Bat now has super-armor attached to it. The AI doesn't really know how to deal with it, I scored 4 kills with it due to the CPU wanting to knock me out of it and failing.

You're confusing it with 3DS's Arena Ferox. The Wii U's origins are far more broad and simple (if a vast improvement over Brawl's).
