Let's see... Pikachu's down-special can be customized to "Self-Charge", which has no lightning from above and causes multiple hits around Pikachu followed by a powerful one, or to "Tall Thunder", which is... tall. I can't quite figure out the latter half, but if I had to guess, I'd say it's particularly effective at the top?
(I looked up the Japanese name for "self-charge" to check if it's an existing move, but apparently the name is only shared by a passive ability unique to a particular Pachirisu trading card, so... no.)
As for Zoroark, they really couldn't figure out how to do anything interesting to do with its abilities and so it just slashes with its claws.

Everyone's playing Brawl in my college.
Nobody seems interested in 4, though; the general consensus seems to be "it could've been good, but it just had to be on the Wii U, didn't it?"
Damn shame they think that, really.
On another topic, though, I think I might be the best Yoshi in my state.

"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerAs far as local competitive scenes go, back when I was in the military (of which there were a decent group of Brawl players), I ended being known as "Peachy Guy", at least before I started using the Pokemon Trainer more than her. Those were good times...
...I've never bothered to play Brawl online, but maybe I'll make an exception with the fourth game.

Well, my nickname is Saikyoshi. That means I'm the strongest... shi.
Since hardly anybody gets the pun, I just ultimately decided to name the individual light blue Yoshi I main "Saik".

That's hardly his only strength. One thing's for sure; Brawl Yoshi > Melee Yoshi.

"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerWere they expecting it to be on the PS 4?
Welcome to th:|
One person said they wished it was.
Several others said they wished it was on the regular Wii.

Those people are absolutely retarded.
It's also on the 3DS so there's that.

Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! This next year and probably the one after is likely to see low overall console sales, considering the general poor economy coupled with the fact that, well, consoles just haven't been doing so hot for their first couple of years- The PS2/GCN/XBox and the PS3/360 gens both took a while to get off the ground, the second more so than the first, with only the Wii acting as a major outlier to that trend, largely because it was selling itself to a much wider audience at a much lower pricepoint.

I sure said that!I honestly have never seen a good Yoshi player in person. Then again, I've also not seen too many players in person period (curse my PS 4 master race town)
As mediocre as Yoshi seems to be competitively, he is REALLY FUN to play as, and really, so few people around here use Yoshi that nobody really knows what he can do, so I've been practicing and pulling him as my trump card lately. It's worked like a charm so far :V

He's been my primary main in all games since I was four. Probably because I was four
Anyway, they're still one of my favorite fictional species, so no matter how trash competitively they're considered, I consider myself a specialist.

If this works properly...
, we can put Zoroark to rest. Pokeball Summon. At least it's not hearsay or something. Too bad, but eh.
Shadow?
