Yeah, that's what I meant. Those 2 recent characters.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Isn't Nightmare Wizard the final boss of Kirbys Adventure? If so, it's nice to see him somewhat in 3D.
The fact computers also are affected by items is the best news.

"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Man, Nightmare looks awesome, although I've never heard him referred to as "Nightmare Wizard" before. Him just making things dark seems lame though.
For some reason, I've never had that much trouble battling the computer players through the darkness, but I knew they were able to ignore it. I hope this means that other "screen-blinding" effects and variants, such as the Nintendog, also affect them.
I wonder if he starts off in ball form before becoming a wizard. That'd be a neat touch.
I'm loving pretty much all of the Assist Trophies in this game so far. Nightmare Wizard is no exception.

Well he's only in one game...technically two.
He's pretty much always looked like that
◊, even if his NES sprite didn't quite match up (the sprite looked more like a Kirby version of Dracula to me). The only things that really changed between Adventure and the remake/anime were the shape of his horns and the coloring of his helmet
◊.

Anybody getting the 3DS version? I was debating with myself whether to get the cartridge or the downloadable version (because at this point, I don't have a Wii U). I was originally going to get the DL version for the convenience but I've realized that that reasoning might be a bit short sighted. When Nintendo makes a new "DS" I want to be able to play my SSB 4 there, and I don't think that there will be a DL transfer feature.
Any thoughts?
cartridge version for sure.
downloadable is for when you've got to buy a download exclusive thing or its just significantly cheaper.
incidentally, 2 games and nearly all of fire emblem awakenings dlc is all it takes to fill up a 4gb sd card enough that you cant download another retail. choose wisely, or get a bigger sd card :V

I'm getting both versions. Why do you think there WON'T be a transfer, though? There was a transfer from DSi to 3DS, and Wii to Wii U. I don't think Nintendo believes in making anyone's purchases Lost Forever. They're not Apple.

That is why I have a 32GB SD card, soon to be a 64GB SD card.

"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerMy 32GB's almost full, but only because more than a third of it is filled with music. I'm going to have to prune my collection a bit :p
"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerGawd guis, i cant belive Sakurai has such a bias for the stuff he made!
Seriously though, awesome assist trophy! the GBA remake of Kirbys Adventure (which uses this Nightmare design) was my second Kirby game, so its great to see him in! And its also great to hear CPU players will be affected by screen augmentations.
I don't really know who you're mocking, as no one said that this time, as far as I recall.
Really though, I'll believe it when I see it. Other games have supposedly tried, but The All-Seeing A.I. is a trope for a reason.

Everything with a sprite...even the 2-3 characters that didn't even have sprites originally. Which were given sprites to be made a key chain.
