To work the S-Flag,you just need to get lucky...
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.I don't remember if the flood of screenshots showed it back. It is pretty broken, so the removal of it wouldn't be weird. I think it should stay though. I don't think any Item should be removed, and thanks to the Item Switch, any problemsome item won't be one anyway. At worst, maybe change it up so it's not an issue in Single Player at most.
Shadow?Getting out is the hard part, but the HARD part is getting out of it.
I've always liked the fan item, attacking speed should be slowed N64...that's all it needs.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.I don't turn off any items, but probably my least favorite item in Brawl is the Dragoon. Once it starts appearing it tends to centralize the entire fight around itself, and unlike the Smash Ball or other powerful items it tends to keep itself in the spotlight for quite a while thanks to the pieces.
S Flag looks mighty broken, but it'll probably be uber-rare, at least.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Hm. You know how Pikachu was in that "look at the item!" pose? What if that's the drawback? You remain in that pose, immobile, for however long it takes to get the bonus.
Meanwhile, any enemies with two brain cells to rub together are sauntering up to your position and charging a smash attack.
I have a message from another time...Thinking about it, I think the beam sword is actually up there as one of my favorite items. Because having Link dual-wield with the Master Sword and a lightsaber is kind of the coolest thing ever.
...I know we're talking about items we don't like, but I don't really dislike any of the items. Like, even the ones that are overpowered I consider fun. Which is probably why I like the looks of Beetle.
"We're home, Chewie."Here's a thought: What if this time around, the traditional Break the Targets minigame is not single player, but multiplayer? Playable in this game's Special Smash mode, the goal of this mode is to break the most targets out of your opponents before the time limit expires (or after a player reaches a set amount of broken targets). If you die or an opponent kills you, it costs you 10 targets on your overall score and if said opponent kills you, they get the 10 targets.
Vote. .#Bayonetta 4 SmashVisit a local Smash tourney near you. From there, you can meet like-minded people that'll help you out and show you the various techniques of Smash.
Vote. .#Bayonetta 4 SmashOn both topics of items and competitive play, I'm actually part of a user group on Smashboards that's examining the possibility of allowing some items in competitive play. We call ourselves the Item Standard Play group.
As a matter of fact, I'm hosting a Super Smash Flash 2 online Item Standard Play tournament to get some idea of how the idea would work in practice. It starts a week from now. I'll upload the whole thing to YouTube, so you'll be able to see how it goes.
The "Stop Having Fun" Guys thing is just a dumb stereotype. They do exist, but nobody takes them seriously.

"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerMain the Random button once you're familiar with everyone, play a lot, against humans when you can, check online for interesting tactics or even exploits you may have overlooked, practice your dodging, shielding, ukemi (It's a lifesaver once you can do it consistently), and the timing of your moves, try to improve the dexterity of your fingers, and just sink a lot of time into it.
The most important thing to be able to learn is probably how to anticipate your opponent's moves and decisions, and be able to adapt to sudden changes in what you expected. All the dexterity and skill in the world means nothing if your foe is always two steps ahead of you tactically.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!

It's not that hard to do it in 64 and Melee as well, but yeah, definitely easier in Brawl's.
