We'll get Jigglypuff and Mewtwo to complete a six-mon Pokemon team.

While I'd love Sceptile as a newcomer, remember they decided on who the characters were going to be back in about 2012 and left a spot open for an X/Y newcomer, so it would've been very unlikely for them to put Sceptile in if they hadn't decided on Greninja yet.
You know, I think my predictions are about ready. Predicting Snake/Squirtle/Ivysaur as cuts and Isaac/K Rool/Ridley as newcomers. Maybe Lucas or Wolf cut for Shulk or the Chorus Men too.
"And kung fu is a terrible way to run a company" - alliteratorI don't get Pokemon patterns at all. First Pikachu and Jigglypuff. Sure, Pikachu's the mascot and Jigglypuff has some good anime popularity.
Then Mewtwo and Pichu. Okay, Mewtwo is cool and people's first favorite legendary, and Pichu is a cute clone of Pikachu, if weaker and self-damaging. I could see why they would cut it for Brawl, but, eh.
Then Lucario and Pokemon Trainer with the three Kanto starters. Well that's weird. Everything thought that Lucario replaced Mewtwo, but Mewtwo's files were buried somewhere in the game so they just didn't have time to put him in? As for Pokemon Trainer he was the benefit of three characters in one, of three different elements and strengths. But, apparently that turned out to be a problem. So it's looking like he's gone.
And now we have only Charizard and Greninja, so we still have the strong fire Pokemon and a fast water Pokemon. Greninja's just like a taller Squirtle, but Ivysaur was very middle, not as fast, and not as strong. Plus all characters with transformations are just being split into their own characters.
So really, WHO EVEN KNOWS ANYMORE?

You gotta believe me when I scare you away, all that I wish for is that you would stay
A more correct statement would be "Jigglypuff had anime popularity." It's The Artifact now - the only people who pay attention to it are the people who want it back for Smash. Even in Japan, it goes largely ignored these days. The only reason it has to stay in Smash is seniority.
What began at the beginning of Brawl will come to an end before the start of SSB 4...Kind of symbolic, wouldn't you say?
What terrible news! This has made my expression change very slightly in the opposite direction from positive.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Seems like a lot of the webcomics I follow are ending. First Rare Candy Treatment, and now Bit F.

... But I seriously didn't know.
