Here's the translation:
And the information from both these pages:
- Lucina:
- Lucina was originally included as a Marth skin.
- "A certain character” was cut during development. (Chrom? Who knows. It's not clarified.)
- Sakurai didn’t want to reduce the total number of characters.
- It wasn’t possible to make a brand new character on short notice.
- Lucina was repurposed into her own character slot to fill the void.
- Lucina's Mask is toggleable via taunting, like Guile.
- Captain Falcon:
- Reverse Falcon Punch is back and does more damage if reverse.
- Robin:
- Robin's Forward Smash
- This move strikes your opponent with Robin's Levin Sword. However, as you can only use Robin's Levin Sword attacks a certain number of times, once you've run out of uses, this attack will hit with a regular Bronze Sword instead.
- Robin's Forward air attack
- When performing this move, if you were to smash the analog stick in the forward direction, Robin will attack with his Thunder Sword for additional electric damage. But like all of Robin's Thunder Sword attacks, you can only use the improved version a finite number of times.
- Down+B: Nosferatu
- Purple-black smog in the shape of a snake appears right in front of Robin when this move is used. If your opponent is hit by it, he or she will be "cursed" by the spell. When a cursed opponent is hit, Robin's health meter will recover. What's also interesting is that if the cursed opponent is struck from the back, the amount of health Robin recovers will be larger.
- Neutral B: Thunder
- Hitting the button once will activate a charging period for Robin's Thunder spell, and hitting it again will cast it. The amount of time Robin charges will determine the version of the spell cast (Thunder, Elthunder, Arcthunder, or Thoron). While charging, you can also hit the shield button to cancel the move and store the charge — the next time you hit the B button, Robin will resume charging from wherever you left off previously.
- Up+B: Elwind
- When this special move is performed in the air, Robin produces two green projectiles that he sends flying downwards, which simultaneously propels him upwards. However, you can only use this move a limited number of times. Once you've exceeded the number of uses, Robin will not produce the projectiles or jump higher.
- Side+B: Arcfire
- Robin produces a projectile that flies diagonally downwards. When the projectile comes into contat with the stage, an opponent, or an item, it will generate a pillar of fire that spreads upwards, and deal area damage to anyone nearby.
- Robin's Forward Smash

The New Age of Awesome is here! Not even the sky is the limit! Finally made that updated roster
◊
So basically Samus' charge beam.
Let's also not forget that thanks to Robin, Rosalina's not the only character the leak missed anymore.
On another topic, the scan at the very least confirms that Robin actually does have Air Smashes, on a technicality.

The New Age of Awesome is here! Not even the sky is the limit!@Eldrake: Considering the stuff they did get right, and the circumstances behind Lucina's inclusion, I say calling it dead is just as ridiculous as having taken it as the ultimate gospel. At this point, chances are the leaker is either one lucky bastard, or had outdated info.
If Shulk, or especially the Chorus Kids, are in, then chances are the leaker had old information; if not, we can bring the pitchforks.

"Yeah, it's a shame. Here we are in an underground cave with all these lasers, and instead of having a rave we're using it for evil."@Elbruno: Actually, that was apparently a mistranslation. http://smashboards.com/threads/smash-4-in-famitsu-lucina-robin-captain-falcon-kirbys-lucina-mask.361393/
"Maybe there's something on the rest of the page that mentions a cut character, but... I don't see why it wouldn't go along with the section on why she was included. No mention of cut characters or needing to fill in a removed spot."

Ah, the joys of incomplete pictures in a language most of us can't comprehend...
Anyway, part of me is glad that we know for sure that we can get more surprises (even though I had no doubts about that even when the leaker had nailed a lot of stuff), but I still feel that completely dismissing it is silly, considering the chance of mid-development changes. I'd rather wait and see if Shulk and the Chorus Boys made the cut.

"Yeah, it's a shame. Here we are in an underground cave with all these lasers, and instead of having a rave we're using it for evil."Well, I've only been following this for like a day and a half after I heard elsewhere that Lucina and Robin were revealed, but from what I can tell there's a very peculiar conspiratorial slant to this fandom. If the translation weren't modified to suit a particular theory, or at least accused of doing so, I'd have been quite surprised.
..are those b-moves or something? i cant quite figure out what its saying, only that it contains the words "down" and "certain kill" and i have no idea what フザ is...
Now that I actually look at the picture, you misread the katakana. It's ワザ, not フザ. It's waza,(技), meaning 'technique'. In this context, 必殺ワザ just means "special move". So literally, "up special", "down special", etc.
Aww man, I was just about to clear up the katakana confusion.
That's... really weird, though. Why on earth are they calling specials that? "必殺" (hissatsu) has nothing to do with being special and everything to do with meaning "certain kill". Which, like, maybe in the case of Captain Falcon or something, but "special" is such a more fitting term because you'll usually rely on A-moves for actual damage and specials for special tricks...? Hell, a lot of them even serve the exact opposite function.

Man, it sure would've helped if I had read on, like, one line further.
Apparently it's not even just from fighting games.
[hums a happy song]

Why exactly would Chrom have been any less of a clone than Lucina? It's a plot point that they use the exact same fighting style.
