We Are With You Zack Snyder
No they only lost. Phillips only wanted to ban Wii U's in North America if they win that case.
We Are With You Zack Snyder
That is what I said it isn't banned in the UK eventhough Nintendo lost. Phillips said they wanted to only ban sales of the Wii U in the US if they win their case against Nintendo.
In the UK Nintendo just has to pay Phillips.
Edit* sorry if it is hard to misunderstand me. I think what I want to say in my mind and to me it makes perfect sense but a lot of people seem to misunderstand my posts. I have to work on that.

Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureOhhh. I didn't realize the "have to pay them part". Never mind.
Honestly, I'd rather they attempted to get the CD-i games on the VC instead. Just so players can experience them.
That said, this has little to do with SSB anyway.
I wonder what the Falcon Punch's variants will be... maybe an Ice and Thunder Punch as a reference to Pokemon?
Shadow? If Captain Falcon gets in (a tiny "if", even at this point), he might get Ganondorf's Flame Choke as his Raptor Boost variant.
This might be too much to hope for, but I want the Knee Smash to be easier to hit with. I could never manage to hit with it all that well.
"What's out there? What's waiting for me?"The trope Bullying a Dragon sounds applicable here.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Depends on how close they are and how good their recovery is.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice. That Storm Punch brings back bad memories of Jasper Batt f*cking Jr....

I meant how close the player recovering is...just to be a bit more clear.
Little known fact: Donkey Kong has a new final smash where he punches you out a window, and you proceed to land on a car.
Okay, I have to be really honest with you guys here.
The more I'm seeing of Super Smash Bros. for, the more I feel like the games are nothing more than big-budget fangames. I mean, they really look like they are fangames, like, I don't know, I think it's the aesthetic, or that sometimes the assets don't exactly blend in with each other. Sure, they put a lot of effort blending the styles, but there's still something that just makes it feel fangameish.
Signatures are for lamers. It's a series that started with Mario fighting Pikachu while Samus and Link watch in Dream Land. The styles clash right from the get-go, and the whole series is basically a big budget excuse to have awesome match-ups happen regardless of canon and the aforementioned clash of styles.

"Yeah, it's a shame. Here we are in an underground cave with all these lasers, and instead of having a rave we're using it for evil."
Exactly. It feels like a fan game because, in a sense, that's exactly what it is.

So the Wii U is banned in the UK?
