Although I still won't say it's a definitive confirmation...have we seen any other Smash Run enemies from series without playable characters? Looking at the list on the SSB Wiki, it doesn't appear so...and if that's the case, that does make the Chorus Boy seem very likely.

Welcome to th:|I guess depending on how you view Miis...
- If they represent Miis themselves, the Subspace Emissary enemies are from a universe without any playable characters.
- If they represent Super Smash Bros. (as that's their universe icon), Find Mii is left without a playable character but still has a stage. (The enemy in question being Ghost with a Yellow Shield.)
Erm. Every playable character is kinda sorta Smash representation. It's weird.
In any case, I wouldn't say that what we know so far of Smash Run is necessarily indicative of a hard rule on enemy representation. We've made that mistake before, when Brawl showe us that Stages didn't need characters.
And in the other direction, mind, with ROB.
I have a message from another time...So guys, I have a challenge for all of you. Come up with a moveset for an Inkling.
Neutral Special: Sprays ink onto the battlefield. Ink wears out over time.
Down Special: Turns into a squid; smaller hitbox but slower, except it can swim through ink.
Up Special: Mega-jump or ultra-jump or whatever they were calling it; turns into a squid, charges up, then flies in a tall arc through the air.
Side Special: Creates a paintroller and charges across with it, dealing damage and spreading ink.
Final Smash: Not sure on this one. Maybe giant vortex of ink that travels across the stage, picking up foes and flinging them out.
"We're home, Chewie."Seemed like an ink Kill Sat to me.
Anyway, it sorta bothers me that, as far as I can tell, Olimar is still mute. Would have liked him to at least have grunts like in Pikmin 2 or Simlish like in Pikmin 3. Especially since his voice is hilarious in Pikmin 3.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Almost all of the veteran voice clips (sans cases like Sonic and Pit, obviously) seem to have simply been recycled from Brawl. Just take a look at Marth.
