I like the fact that it seems like Palutena's final smash is just shoving the fighters into a black hole then hitting them with a Wave-Motion Gun. Even Goddesses like lasers, it seems.
The Gunner Mii reminded me more of Mega Man than Samus though.

That's a real good question. Hopefully Sakurai tells us at the Q&A tonight.
It is quite possible it's like switching alt skins.

"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Ah, thanks Midna. ^u^
I noticed that the Mii Fighters have some pretty varied outfits... either they have customizable outfits, or (like the Crate) they switch it up depending on the level.

It should probably be said that Sakurai had said that he had planned for Miis to be in Brawl, but decided against it at the time.
And I'll just go ahead and say that Palutena is really pretty and that this is the best thing ever.

"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerHow many people really missed the Miis when they weren't around last time? I don't recall there being major, widespread disappointment. Especially over the inclusion of 3(ish) versions of the character. Mostly just a "Meh, that's too bad. Oh Well" kind of reaction at worst.
So...what then? How does the "three different versions of the character" thing work?
Is it a mix of clone moves AND pieces of three different movesets? Or is the 3 different versions merely cosmetic? Or what is the deal with it all?

Fifth, actually. Link and Toon Link... but if you mean guys who use swords only, then you're right.
Question, what was Dark Pit doing at the end of Palutena's reveal trailer?

I'm personally hoping it'll be a full-on character creation system, with the three types having access to different kinds of attack pools. Like how two characters of the same class in an RPG doesn't necessarily have the same skills.

"It's liberating, realizing you never need to be competent." — UltimatepheerMost likely, you choose your style for your Mii out of the three different styles shown here: Brawler Mii is probably a fast, powerful attacker, Sword Mii is likely a ranged meleer (but weaker), and Gunner Mii is your long range fighter with lots of projectiles.
Fantastic Supreme Überkaiser Emperor Folt of The Infinity and Beyond" ... "The First"!
Considering the way Sakurai said, the three are distinct. You can only be either a sword fighter, fighter, or gunner, but you can't be all three.
How we choose them is another matter.

I am confused right now. How do the Mii movesets work?
Excuse me?
