Probably not since it's based on the City Folk model, not the New Leaf model. Notice that the pants, socks, and shoes are the same per gender, and that the female on the left has Modesty Shorts. New Leaf changed all that up.

Just floating around...Kapp'n asks you a series of two-answer questions in City Folk as you ride in his cab to your new home, with your answers determining your default appearance- Max the cat does similar in the other games, as a fellow passenger on the train. BAB would be the default appearance gotten from answering the first question with the second answer, the second question with the first, and the third with the second.

I sure said that!Sheiks gender swap would just be removing the padding under the clothing to give a more obvious feminine look.
