Urban Champion was an old NES game that was a fighter... KIND OF
The goal was to knock the other guy off the block rather than health depletion, I think.
On other news, Sakurai will reveal Ridley as a playable character due of popular demand. Just remember to specify which one.

"Knock the guy off the (Final...) Block?" Like Smash Bros...obviously it deserves a representation in a some a way.
Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.I wonder if E3 will go bigger than the Super Smash Bros Direct. Speaking of which, here are a few belated thoughts on all that:
- The For Fun / For Glory image should so be the Image Source for the "Stop Having Fun" Guys page.
- Considering Sheik being split off of Zelda, I would have replaced her with Impa. She would have to same exact move-set as Sheik and a Sheik alternate costume. The reason being that Impa was originally going to be one of the central characters and this could have given her something of a comeback. I hate to say it, but Sheik kinda loses her point without Zelda. Without her connection to Zelda, Sheik is a spiffy-looking NPC who appeared in one game and taught Link Warp Whistles.
- Similarly, I would also replace the Zero Laser with Hyper Mode.
- Is Luigi keeping his Cyclone Down-B? Why aren't they replacing it with the Poltergust to match Mario's FLUDD? Espically considering the hint that the Poltergust might be Luigi's Final Smash, this means the loss of a unique move and the Bros staying way out of balance.
- I think it's safe to stay everyone hoping for Hyper Mega Man as Rock's Final Smash (myself included) has been fed our words on a sliver platter. It's great to see stuff beyond the Classic series get acknowledgment.
- Aw, yeah, I've been waiting for the third part to Super Smash Wars!
- That Big Band Medley kicked ASS.
- Hopefully, the E3 deal will finally tell us what they're doing with Ridley.
I don't see what For Fun/For Glory has to do with "Stop Having Fun" Guys. If anything, the choice of gameplay styles is anti-SHFG.
Unless you're conflating "competitive player" with ""Stop Having Fun" Guys", in which case stahp.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! What is every one's obsession with Impa, anyway? That she has appeared in more games than Sheik? Then again, the "ninja" Sheik has only appeared in one and a half game, so its hardly any better.
I don't see how changing Luigi's Final Smash would make him any less unique from Mario. Also, I personally prefer good old "Fuck you laser" than some super mode.
Only sometimes postsFor Fun/For Glory would be a good alternative for Casual-Competitive Conflict, which already has a picture.
"Yeah, it's a shame. Here we are in an underground cave with all these lasers, and instead of having a rave we're using it for evil."Luigi having the Poltergust(3000)to match F.L.U.D.D. kind of seems like that would make Luigi LESS unique from Mario...not More. Sure they look different and do the exact opposite of what the other does...but that really doesn't make it good. Its the loss a New attack, but not really a unique one.

Skyward Sword, where she is partly "ninja" Impa, and partly "old woman" Impa.
Mario uses FLUDD as one of his specials. Luigig uses Poltergust as his Final Smash. Sorry, but saying that simply having it, even though they serve completely different purpose from each other, less unique is bit dumb.

Having The Poltergust as his Down B just to match Mario's Down B which is F.L.U.D.D. is not really going torwards making Luigi unique from Mario.

Look at that image. I've never gotten wavedashing or cared to learn it, but ech that looks useful.
You gotta believe me when I scare you away, all that I wish for is that you would stayMy opinion on Wavedashing and other such exploits is that there's no shame in exploiting them while they're there, but they should be removed by the next installation/patch/update, like Brawl did. They're an artificial skill gap that favors input dexterity too heavily.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!![]()
I know that...

Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.I guess I'm on the Casual side then.
I've promised myself never to play against a certain friend in Super Smash Bros because he exploited all those cheaty tricks that I never had the patience to learn. Like sliding along with Snake and shooting his Up A Smash with that weird rocket launcher thing I never got. Also his Down B. That ugly little sticky bomb...
I suppose the idea is that you would try to learn the secrets of the game to make yourself better, but using them over and over just feels cheap. I wish there was still Stale Moves and that it was a BIG subtractor in points.
You gotta believe me when I scare you away, all that I wish for is that you would stay

I know what "that" is...I don't know what that "other" that is.
I can begin feeling weird now.
