Brawl Bowser = Green
SSB 4 Bowser = Yellow
It's the posture. In Brawl, it's like he's a 1940s caveman.
"What's out there? What's waiting for me?"The wrestling normals and Bowser's move shift over time have bugged me. It makes chances for an actual professional wrestler getting in less likely and also brings into question the point of Bowser's horns, fangs and whatnot if he is not going to use them? Why not stick to things he can do that other people cannot?
Brawl's art style is hardly "realistic" (excepting Snake, who still lacks lips) or "brown". I have seen washed out grey games and it was not that either. What it is, is detailed and colorful. Moreso than Melee, which itself was more colorful and detailed than its predecessor.
Also do not recall Dedede or Toon Link not being expressive enough, Toon Link in particular had a much wider range than his default counterpart and Dedede teeth are weird.
Buldogue's lawyerApparently, Sakurai's a big fan of the battle system in Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII...

Nah. Besides Toon Link, almost everyone took a far more realistic approach in Brawl than in the other SSB games, while most adopt a somewhat cartoony look instead. It definitely was more realistic-looking.
...What Professional Wrestler-style character would even make sense, especially as a first party? I can't think of any notable 3rd party characters that are key to the actual game instead of just another guy, or a fairly unimportant but fun character. I doubt we'll see two Capcom playable characters now, so... what Wrestler would work?(unless it's real people, which outside of Reggae, I have very high doubts. And he was most likely a joke idea that'll never go through, even if it'd be great)
Shadow?Let's get the writing team for Final Fantasy XIII-3 to do Doc Louis's codec conversations, while we're at it. And let's get some really pointless sidequests in there, too.
"Monsters are tragic beings. They are born too tall, too strong, too heavy. They are not evil by choice. That is their tragedy."...He did add Joking Mode there for a reason.
Anyway, was she even in Theatmatrical(sp? I don't own the game, so eh) That's a Nintendo/Final Fantasy game, and anybody in there at least is possible as a choice. Whether good or not, that's another story. But eh, fits the criteria fully. Albeit, the playable ones are more likely than an NPC(but it's not like Sakurai really went out of his way to be outright specific about "appearing in a Nintendo game", so who really knows how outright pedantic he'd be about it anyway).
If you missed the mod message
, the sarcasm is very much unwanted(or to put it more specifically, breaking the rules). Let's please not even start it. Be nice, please.

Shadow?
Way to point out that I put in Joking Mode, Irene.

I'm fairly certain that everybody knew he was joking.
That said, she is one of the more "likely" picks should a FF suggestion ever be brought up, Internet Backdraft or no.

"Tell them to shut up and have some faith in me." - dead flashback guyCloud is one of the biggest faces of the franchise for actual main playables, same with Warrior of Light now. Terra is of course the main character of 6. I see quite a decent amount of possibilities, but a lot do seem to agree that being from the first 6 games has a bit more merit since they were first released on a Nintendo system.
Not that characters who have appeared among many games aren't cool too. Gilgamesh, for instance.
Shadow? Is she? The only Nintendo game she's been in is Theaterhythm Final Fantasy. Cloud has similar issues, though he was also in Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories and re: coded.
I'd say an FF rep is more likely to be someone important to Square's former (and current?) relationship with Nintendo. Cecil may be a safe bet, what with Square porting his game to everything and its grandma.

I have a message from another time...You fail to realize Pro Wrestling is Nintendo first party, it was the sister game to Mike Tyson's punchout.
If you are talking character design they are detailed but not realistic. The only thing that makes Brawl look more realistic than Melee is that the skin, hair, fabric textures and such look more like their real world counterparts. Otherwise, Mario and Luigi still have too short limbs which sometimes spontaneously grow during some strikes and big round noses. Ness and Lucas still have huge heads with black bead eyes, Ike still wields a weapon made for someone nearly twice his size one handed, has crazy hair to boot and over sized eyes to boot, actually, most have oversized eyes or underemphasis on other facial features to make their eyes look large, Link, Zelda and Ganondorf included.
If you are talking stages, Brawl's scenery is realistic to a degree never seen before, especially the subspace emissary but I still do not see where the brown accusations come from. Brawl's version of Battlefield? Certainly not Skyworld, Ise Deflino, Pokemon Stadium 2, Warioware, Port Town Aerodrive, Norfair, Frigate Orpheon, Siege, Summit, Electroplanktin Halberd or even Shadow Moses Island? Pirate Ship and Bridge Of Eldin are fairly brown, the mushroomy kingdom is especially so but the whole game is not Even the subspace emissary is not brown half of the time.
Anyway, Sharknado's claim of Brawl creating an illusion of HD makes no sense. HD means "wider screen". It really does not what art direction or graphics you use if you are on a machine with a larger screen than your device is meant to run with the picture will lose detail. (I have an eleven by 8 inch plasma screen, so I can receive an "HD signal" but no picture I get will ever actually be in High Definition because the screen is too small)

Thankfully, they are going towards more primary colours.
