Companies complaining about free advertising for their games? Who knew?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8yAjWvAqyMIt's less complaining about free advertising and more asserting their trademarks and copyrights, as technically EVO would be using their copyrighted content without permission, which, if done in a professional capacity like they were doing, is illegal. They could have obtained the necessary rights to stream and such beforehand and everything would've been okay.

Insert witty 'n clever quip here. You know who's cool about copyright? Marcus 'Notch' Persson. He actually encourages Minecraft fans to make videos and stuff. More devs should be like him.
Who? Lucas talks in the chapters where you don't play as him. Zelda and Ganondorf don't have voice acting but they talk in text.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8yAjWvAqyMOlimar's a better example than Pit, who never had dialog until Smash Bros. Olimar spoke, he just lacked a voice till 3. Lucario have never spoken in a non Mystery Dungeon/Poke Park Wii game(that it to say, games that focused on human characters, otherwise you could say all Pokemon could "talk")
Anyway, I need to go fight Chamelarm before I go to bed, didn't know he had the paint power too.
Buldogue's lawyer
Yes, I believe that's where they even got the idea from for him speaking in Brawl.

K Rool could talk in the games though, couldn't he? In text, but still?
Yeah, but Lucario and Mewtwo ever done so in any game? They have in the Movies/Anime, of course.
I'd be neat if we somehow got dialogue, that the Pokemon got some kind of subtitle so we could understand them to. It could read like <Words> or [Words].
That's another excellent choice.

His attack on the Giant R.O.B. in the SSE is pretty similar to his one in the Anime.

That whole EVO thing confused me. So, EVO generally doesn't get permission from companies to stream and host their video games? And people were surprised when Nintendo complained about this? I was honestly surprised that other companies didn't do something like that.
@Magcargo: Actually, some of the characters you mentioned are Heroic Mimes.
