So, regarding this, and this, I have decided to think of Victory themes for all the confirmed characters. I'm not saying they should do this (I like how each series has it's own theme), but I wouldn't mind either way. The main characters of each series would keep the victory themes they've had before.

Here's what I've got:

@Macgarco: Oh, you mean like this? Nah, it should be robot master intro music.

Dang, first game's version of robot master intro isn't as satisfying as later ones xD

[up]I meant any of the NES level clears, but whatever.

Mega Man 2's Robot Master theme is probably a good choice.

I don't see the point of using level selected theme as victory theme. This should do.

Nevermind that Snake's victory theme is his game's Game Over theme.

Well, that theme can be applied to many situations. Like in VR Missions, it was used as "Stage Clear" theme.

I take it back; Mega Man 4's Robot Master intro theme is better than 2's.

I think we may have indeed heard Mega Man's victory theme in the E3 vid.

I sure said that!

I prefer the "Stage Selected" theme for Mega Man's victory theme. It's more recognizable, and it isn't like it only plays when you select a stage- remember in Mega Man 7, when Mega Man puts his helmet on at the beginning? Yep. It plays there.

Err, whoopsie. I meant the Stage Chosen theme. Liek this.

(10 had my favorite remix of it, but the rock version from Mega Man's trailer is what I'm hoping for.waii)

[up]Hang on, that's pretty much the same tune as the Robot Master intro theme.

I'll be surprised if it's anything but the level clear theme from Mega Man 2/4/5/6/7/8/& Bass/9/10.

For Peach, maybe that little tune that plays when she's rescued in the classic Mario games (the original Super Mario Bros. has it, and I think SMB 3 and World have it, too)? It's the closest thing she has to a theme song.

Man, nobody has uploaded the 3D Land version on Youtube. That's why I took so long to reply. I was searching everywhere and couldn't find it.

Not much beyond the character's typical ninja stuffs.

There is the distinct possibility that they're removing her if and only if they're significantly revising Zelda's moveset.

Strong agility and movemen ability, some sort of bomb that destroyed a Gate of Time, and a barrier she used to turn aside Ghirahim's attacks while Zelda made for the Gate.

[up] And I doubt they are. The "The Phantom must be a move of Zelda's!" thing is really getting out of hand, I think.

Hey, they revise movesets all the time. Plus wouldn't it be so radical if it was one of her moves?

It would be cool. Thing is, it really doesn't seem likely, looking at those two pictures of that pose.

It's not a question of whether I'd like it to happen.

That could be after the Phantom vanished, or was destroyed, or maybe it's off screen. I just don't think they'd reveal an assist trophy in the character images. Seems more like a thing the picture of the day is for.

And I don't think they'd show off a major change to a character's moves with no fanfare.

Even Bowser's new stance and Pit's Upperdash Arm were noted at the time or shortly thereafter.

But revealing a new move on a character's page, with no fanfare, still strikes me as more likely than revealing an Assist Trophy, which has nothing to do with that character's abilities, on their page with no fanfare.

It's thematically appropriate, in some ways, due to being from her series.

I wouldn't have batted an eye if they'd for example, first shown the Skull Kid AT in a screenshot with Link taking a swing a him.

Then again, that would've sparked a big wave of assuming that meant he was playable. So, in that way, I do agree tht it's better to show Assist Trophies in a vacuum.
