It's clearly an original stage.
Actually, it's not even a stage. The size of it (as seen in the E3 trailer) clearly indicates an Adventure Mode or something similar.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8yAjWvAqyMIt could be a Tropical Freeze stage, but I don't know enough about that game to say so with any amount of certainty.
If there's any Kirby stage I want, it's the Fountain of Dreams stage from Melee. It was gorgeous then, but imagine how even more gorgeous it'd look in 1080p!

Insert witty 'n clever quip here.Unless they're planning a 3DS port, then no.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8yAjWvAqyMOriginal stage. So confident that I'm not even gonna say "Calling it now".
Now anyway, if there was a Tropical Freeze stage, it'd better be Frozen DK Island.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8yAjWvAqyMDarn it. He could have at least teased something in this screenshot instead of showing us empty Battlefield shot.

Well in Amazing Mirror there's Smash Kirby, but it's still technically one ability.
And Smash Kirby is explicitly inspired by...well, Smash Kirby, and it's never showed up since (sadly), so I'm not certain it counts.
True, but that's also unique to that game.

Insert witty 'n clever quip here.Eh, I don't quite consider a Compilation Re-release to count, even if it does have new content like that. That being said, now I feel even worse for still not having obtained that game yet.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here. That's a different kind of mixing abilities. It just gives you a random one.
64 let you literally combine two. Combining Fire and Stone let you become a volcano, combining Spark and Sword gave you a can't-believe-it's-not-a-lightsabre, ect.
Kirby Squeak Squad featured a much simpler form in that you could combine Sword and Bomb with Ice, Fire, or Spark, for elemental swords or bombs, but that was it.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!

hm... it doesn't quite look like Silent Forest, either.
I have a message from another time...
