Maybe this is because I've never played Donkey Kong 64, but I imagined his Final Smash being based on the raining cannonballs from his boss fight in the first Donkey Kong Country.
Down B: Maybe he does his bounce from DKC1 except on the spot and it creates a shockwave and anyone directly underneath him is driven into the ground or something.?

(I still don't see how the Virtual Boy discussion was a heated argument, though. Everyone seemed to be like "Yeah, I can see why you think of it like that but I'm still sticking to my viewpoint." "That's cool.")

Yeah they had a Virtual Boy discussion; I forget when it happened either last week or the week before.
One thing I remember in Melee if you changed the Language from English to Japanese in the NTSC version you can see a Virtual Boy if you look at the trophy collection. It is gone when you go to trophy collection in English.
Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureHave I shared this idea yet?
Assist Trophy: Rosalina: When summoned, she will hold her wand out until she leaves. As long as she's there, the summoner can't be KO'd- they will be carried by a bubble back to where respawn platforms usually appear, and then dropped. The effect lasts for 15-20 seconds.
Note that you can still be hurt; just not KO'd.
🏳️⚧️she/her | Vio Rhyse AlberiaKing K. Rool:
- B: Crown Throw - Not much to say about this. Fast projectile attack.
- Side B: Blunderbuss - Somewhat slow attack, he launches a large cannonball from his blunderbuss that travels some horizontal distance before plopping onto the ground. Once on the ground it's an item that can be picked up and thrown.
- Up B: That propellor thingy from DKC 3, forget what it's called.
- Down B: Vacuum - The vacuum function of the blunderbuss. Enemies who get sucked toward him while he's doing this get smacked away with the gun for mild damage and decent knockback. Items are also drawn towards him, and if one of his own cannonballs is sucked in or thrown in it then explodes out, dealing light damage to Rool and sending the cannonball flying out with much more speed, power, and horizontal distance.
Oh, forgot to mention Final Smash:
Kredits - Rool plays dead, and fake credits start rising up from the bottom of the screen. Not sure what effect they would have, wouldn't want it to just be an upward PK Starstorm after all.
Still, the idea of his Final Smash being playing dead and summoning fake credits is too great for me to ignore.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!@Anom: Can I sue you for stealing my idea? Even if I did make it months ago. And I couldn't think of how such an FS could work...

"What's out there? What's waiting for me?"

That would be a great idea if it pushes everyone up and out of the screen.

I think a Fake Credits FS would be more of a damage racker; nearly no knockback but lots of light hits. K. Rool would probably be able to finish the job afterward.
Lampshade Hanging: It's a lifestyle.I dunno, that sounds like it would be all too easy for other players to take advantage of the attack and killsteal in the middle of it.

Well, there could be another element added to it (not sure if OP or annoying, but whatever) where time stops and nobody can move until the credits are done, like how DK can't move during the fake credits in DKC.

Lampshade Hanging: It's a lifestyle. It was basically one person getting uppity about someone else saying nobody liked the Virtual Boy or something like that.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8yAjWvAqyMSo apparently
a screenshot from Earthbound 64 was used as a reflection on several trophies in Melee. Sakurai, you are insane

Now that I think about it, I have very few ideas for character movesets. As in for newcomers; I have heaps of ideas for decloning movesets.
