Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. Check out my art if you notice.Um...outside of having range using a fishing rod, there's...no difference.
She can even throw in all 4 directions.

The term you're looking for is "Zair", which is a lot more accurate since the normal Throw Command is a more specific than just saying "Air Grab". Cause let's be real, it's no less a "real" grab as is. For all game mechanics, stuff like even Kirby's B is considering a proper Throw Command. And can be done in the air.
Besides, as noted, there's no tangible difference between a Zair and Isabelle's Command Grab, which can go in all four directions. Most Zairs don't include a directional input to begin with, making it stand out from the norm as is. It was already common that Throws don't have a second direction, usually having different actual moveset inputs for the other kinds of throws too. Sometimes the closest is by turning the opponent around, which when you're generally facing the same direction, is kind of special at times. Smash is a bit strange about it, since it based it upon a directional input, not the directional anyone was facing either.
Shadow?DK I wouldn't count since he doesn't start the Grab while in the air. But yeah, there's a ton of Air Grabs, with 3 from the first game alone(though only one is an Up B and is closer to a regular Grab as is, as Falcon Dive mostly is a grab and damage. Egg Lay and Swallow/Copy are far more unique ones in comparison).
Nonetheless, it's pretty cool how many exist. I'd love to see a traditional Air Grab via the Zair command. Hell, one I could see doing that easily is Scorpion. Though it'd have been cool if others did so, like Samus/etc. Maybe even Link, since he lost his Hookshot/Clawshot option. But I can't think of why Link would suddenly gain that ability. DK would make a lot of sense, though, since he can grab stuff in the air as is in his home games, if I remember right.
Shadow?Using fully charged roll out off stage and accidentally hitting someone with it.

Villager and Isabelle used to be very annoying for me because they love to spam gyros.
And then people tell me to play online and I straight up refuse to play Smash online. (Or really any game online)
AAAAUUUUGGGHHHH!!!!If Champion Cynthia were to be playable in Smash Bros, what Pokemon would she use?
Her three most staple Pokemon are Garchomp (her main), Lucario (her second main and inspiration for her hair clips), and Spiritomb (the only other Pokemon to be on every one of her teams). But Lucario is already its own playable character. While I personally see Milotic as her next most important Pokemon, it's fully serpentine and wouldn't translate to Smash easily. Her other main Pokemon are Roserade, Togekiss, and Glaceon (but Eevee and the Eeveelutions should be a separate character anyway).
Maybe Garchomp, Spiritomb, and Togekiss? Maybe solo Garchomp?
If only she had good Gen 3 and 5 Pokemon on her team, since Gens 3, 5, and 8 are the only ones as of now that don't have a playable Pokemon character.

The sad, REAL American dichotomy

Someone who's a monster in the air, but terrible on the ground.
A guy I know suggested Dixie Kong for that. He said she could be the first character that can use grabs in the air.
Dixie is my first or second most-wanted (she's neck and neck with classic Ganon), but I'd actually kind of hate it if they did that.
Honestly, the only character I can think of that really fits that criteria is NiGHTS.
