interesting, I guess to compensate, they'd be more powerful, as what Sakurai meant?
Pokemon Trainer's Final Smash is still Triple Finish, but it's a little changed. Squirtle now shoots out a giant sideways whirlpool instead of a bunch of little water blasts.
They "Could" have gone the Ryu route...since he has 2 Final Smashes.
But Triple Finish IS better than them not working together.
The blog updated with a whopping one Alolan Raichu screenshot
Is this Raichu Smash Bros debut?
Does is music from spinoffs should be used more?
Me think-ish so.
Daisy needs something of her own...and all her themes weren't so different, I would've chosen a not random one like this.
Yep, and it's not even the Raichu that's been around since the start.
Surprised it took this long to get the Pikachu line represented in Smash. Raichu should have been a Pokeball earlier, though.
Right? I'm surprised we've never seen Pikachu or Pichu in smash
Instead we got that Pikachu guy. Ever heard of him? I think he is from Digimon or something
No, that's Patrick.
@Peach's and Daisy Themes:
While I love that they brought back to the Melee Peach's Castle theme (that is, the Mario 1 Overworld theme) for Peach in this game, I'm surprised that over the years the series hasn't done some kind of upbeat remix of the actual Peach's Castle theme from the Mario games, given that the series uses that as her leitmotif.
For Daisy, her theme has to be Birabuto Kingdom / Oh Daisy from Mario Land.

"That's So Fitting"
Dude's changing his Pokemon while the opponent's attacking. What's your point?

And yet you can use Beat Up in a sanctioned tournament.
Triple Battles exist...so it's not cheating.
Triple battles do not, in fact, exist.
Triple Battles used to exist, so it used to not be cheating.
While we're talking about themes for characters, I would love it if The Loner, Falco Lombardi from Star Fox Command was given a remix.
Vaguely relevant Awkward Zombie.
What? That's not cheating. That's like half of what makes Pokemon battles strategic.

Changing on your propr turn is. Changing out if the blue the moment the attack is heading your way is not.
I laughed my butt off.
