Bitewing. From a pamphlet about dental insurance of all things. I guess it's that thing that you bite on for x-rays, but it'd look cool in a heavy metal font. Maybe really play it up and like write lyrics graphically describing dental surgery or effects of poor oral health and dress up like scary dentists.

x 3: Somewhat related, Horrible Bird Murder. A long time ago, someone I know made a facebook status about witnessing one bird killing another - they were of course horrified and squicked out, but in describing it they did use that phrase, which I found oddly amusing due to being almost-tongue-twister-sh.

The Now Explosion. I saw this title on a record we had in my Goodwill, but it turned out to be the title of a compilation. Looking it up, it was also the name of a pre-MTV music video program, and I have no idea if the two things are connected - either way, it hasn't been used as a band name exactly. I'm thinking of garage rock/indie rock for some reason... Or someone doing songs from the Now! That's What I Call Music compilations In the Style of The John Spencer Blues Explosion.

Titus Androgynous. It occurs to me that, because there's already a band called Titus Andronicus, people might assume you're punning on another band's name, not the play. Maybe you could run with it and do Titus Andronicus covers In the Style of glam rock, or just write original songs that mix glam and folk-punk

Pink On Purpose. Two customers were discussing whether a light pink t-shirt was meant to be that color or just ended up that way in the wash.

Both from mondegreen moments at work: Voodoo Project (instead of "good will project") and Mike Hearse (instead of "my curse"). Mike Hearse would be more of a stage name I guess.

God Waste Someone photoshopped a sign from a dog park and replaced every instance of the word "dog" with "god" by switching letters around. Metal band with lots of anti-religious lyrics of course
