If the censorship were adjustable, then things would have probably gone over much better. Don't want to see that stuff? Just turn it off, no harm, no foul. Unfortunately, most ratings boards and social media crazies operate in a way that makes implementing it more effort than it's worth a lot of the time.

Again, you're discounting the developer's agency in that they don't want this stuff in the game anymore for their own reasons.

All they said was that there weren't any PLANS to change anything else. They didn't promise to never do it.

Update on the Webtoon: It's not quite back yet, but it is becoming part of the site's Fast Pass system. Plus a sneak peek at Dahlia and Nadia.

In Marie news, we have a video with her voice. If she sounds weird, it's because they've yet to apply the reverb sound to her.

Marie is coming very soon! Mobile first, and then 2E!

So they started revealing some color palletes for the Mobile game. I was wondering whether I should be posting about them or not, but today is a special occasion.

So what's this new legal drama going on with the devs?

There's no new developments as far as im aware. There is an ongoing lawsuit and some mike z defenders started teying to stir up stuff, but no new legal bombshells. Only thing related to it is that some people made videos painrong mike as sympathetic, which resonated with the same people who were review bombing the game earlier for the censorship thing, but one of them is so poorly researched there are errors in minute 1, and the other is full of transphobic garbage and bias.

TL;DR: Nothing

I was wondering if the censorship we saw in summer was planned back before the Lab Zero Games controversy and we would have seen them sooner had the company did not implode.

These people do know that censorship happened under Mike Z right?

They dont really care; very few of these people actually play or are fans of the game. Back when review bombs were happening most of the reviewrs had under 20 hours of play of a 10 year game. Speaking from experience, Mike would homself probably be making jokes of these kond of people himself.

I was hearing the counterargument being the hours were only on Steam and not on consoles Skullgirls were on.

Anyways, at least in regards to the Black Egret armband censorship, I don't think anyone complained when Umbrella's story mode had none of the Black Egrets with said armband before last summer.
