Getting Portal for free was the sole reason I got Steam, never really thinking it to be all that necessary.
And then a whole new world opened up to me, and I saw it was good.
Against all tyrants.crap...I bought vvvvvv as my first steam game a month ago.
Taking a break from FE1, for the FE8 draft insteadI KNEW Dawn Of War 2 would be getting an awesome sale! YES! And it comes with the expansion! Time to fillet me some greenskins!
Grabbed the indie pack too, mostly because of Iron Grip which i read about on this very wiki.
^ You think that's bad? If i had waited to buy Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 for three days before i did i woulda saved thirty bucks.

- Wings of Prey is 14.99 USD
- Supreme Commander 2 is 3.75 USD
- Galcon Fusion is 2.50 USD
- King's Bounty Platinum is 8.75 USD
- Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is 7.49 USD
- Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City is 10.20 USD
- The Indie Pulse Pack is 4.99 USD
- This pack includes Audiosurf, Beat Hazard, Bit.trip Beat, Rhythm Zone, and the Polynomial

You log into steam, go to the store page, hit buy, and get it for the sale price. Very nice. The gift packs let you buy 6 or 8 or 256 copies of a game to give away to whoever you wish (though I think you have to add them to friends first).
Very easy to do. Which is annoying when you don't want to spend money.

Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans.Supreme Commander 2 for $3.75?
Wings Of Prey also looks quite tempting. Would be a good excuse to dust off my Saitek X52.

I grabbed it. It is very worth it, quite a good game.
Am I the only one who really dislikes this sale for the sheer fact that I don't want to spend money?
