No 40K thread yet? I'm surprised. Nay, shocked, shocked I say to discover there's gambling going on in this establishment...
I'm eagerly anticipating the imminent 5th Edition release, personally, but I was interested to know if anyone here plays and has a differing opinion on it. There are certainly plenty of people out there who seem to think that 40K 4th edition "only just" came out and that a new edition isn't needed. Anyone?
Warhammer Fantasy (including Age of Sigmar and WFRP) has its own thread here

Yeah that bit of lore I just found out going over his page, and yeah that's totally fair. Imperium sucks but Chaos worse. He also had his men protect civilians in the Siege of Terra, which is based.
But as a Chaos player.......
Fuck Kor Phaeron.
I'm not too deep into Lion lore in the 30K but part of Luther's bitterness was that he was reduced to an equal commander to the Lion despite being his dad.
Which.....I can sort of get, but If I were in his position, I'd be totally happy to work with my kid as comrades in arms.
I dunno, I personally don't think it's that bad a deal that Luther had to see the Lion as an equal.

"The Black Rage makes us strong, because we must resist its temptations every day of our lives or be forever damned!"Yeah I was watching it as well to see if we'd get more Chaos content.
I zoned out with the Fantasy stuff though.
EDIT: Okay, it's back.

"The Black Rage makes us strong, because we must resist its temptations every day of our lives or be forever damned!"
Now that is an impressive tank. Just what I'd expect from the I Vth.
Also Stream paralyzed again.
"The Black Rage makes us strong, because we must resist its temptations every day of our lives or be forever damned!"Honestly, I'm hyped to see more Titus, he's got an AWESOME model, and crew, plus all sorts of Necron models that were also revealed.
I really did enjoy that show technical difficulties aside, I'm def painting that new Titus model and crew.
Sadly, Titus only gets to have one black friend on his team at all times.
"The Black Rage makes us strong, because we must resist its temptations every day of our lives or be forever damned!"

Jaghatai Khan was even more of a wild card. So much so that both the Loyalists and the Traitors thought he would turn Traitor too.
But despite his many issues with the Imperium, the Khan still thought Chaos was worse. The Khan knew it was a choice between two evils, and he figured Chaos was the greater evil.
