Greetings Nap and Nit. Enjoy your stay here, and always look both ways before crossing the road.
Bigotry will NEVER be welcome on TV Tropes.Hey I'm Crystalancearth nice to meet you all Thanks for the welcome poetry and pool
Here's a rhyme
I kill my time in TV tropes
instead killing boredom like a dope
filling my dull world with hope
being a known troper is enough to gloat

As with all newcomers, please check your sanity and free time at the door, for there is no need for either here.

Programming and surgery have a lot of things in common: Don't start removing colons until you know what you're doing. No one told me either.
Don't you guys know?
Man.
Wasn't it jettisoned when...you know.
No. I don't.
Greetings Crystal and welcome to TV Tropes. May you never accidentally reveal the [mod secret].
Bigotry will NEVER be welcome on TV Tropes.A troper called Crystal arrived,
And by Speedchesser was he high-fived,
During his welcoming time,
He received a weird rhyme,
So that of weirdness he was not deprived.
Welcome to the fora! Hope you didn't like your free time!
Ooh can I get in on the welcome poetry?
Welcome new troper
I hope you enjoy your stay
Say "Goodbye free time."
You forgot to use
A seasonal reference
In your haiku post.

Honestly, I dig the limerick more.
Programming and surgery have a lot of things in common: Don't start removing colons until you know what you're doing.Welcome, new peeps!
Enjoy the fora!
(Freeform poetry from Best Of)
Quod gratis asseritur, gratis negatur. Then I guess you will like this one better
I followed your advice to the letter
I can't fit what I say
In this strange array
This form to me feels like a fetter
I would like to recite a limerick I learnt from a John Irving book, but since its content is not appropriate for this thread, let me just give you the first line and you can look it up:
There once was a Queen of Bulgaria...
Quod gratis asseritur, gratis negatur.Limerick form is really the best,
And it sure puts ones skills to the test,
So if you wish to complain,
And treat it with disdain,
Take it elsewhere, this is Yack Fest.
"Anybody like dirty limericks?"
Programming and surgery have a lot of things in common: Don't start removing colons until you know what you're doing. The form's great according to you
But I'm not sure that I like it too
I struggle with verse
And the rhymes make me curse
I'd rather be writing haiku
Hum hello people, long time troper, first time registered here, i guess i was kinda bored, and maybe it could be fun hang around here
Hello and welcome. Please check your free time and sanity at the door.
Enjoy the fora.
Fun? Sure!
Welcome!
You'll be alright. We have pretty okay stuff to go around.
/British Understatement
Haiku's not poetry
The real point of poems
Is that they rhyme.
Welcome new person
Enjoy the forums because
You will never leave.

I know, I know. Back in my day, we had to Wiki Walk through the snow to our tropes, uphill both ways. Now? We've got these kids around cheating and using Potholes to get there in seconds.
Yes, it's meant to be ironic that I'm still relatively new.
