Having a hell of a time!
So... I think it's time to introduce myself.
I'm brazilian, 23, male, computer nerd, and lurked the TV Tropes forums for over an year before deciding to get known. Thanks to this wiki I discovered lots of awesome stuff — my piles of books grow faster than I can devour them, and my hard disks are filled with unwatched movies. As you'll soon learn, I tend to do things when I feel like it (getting known being one of them). And for some reason, I really like dragons, especially the friendly ones. But that's probably temporary... I think. Which is good... or is it?
Used to be a strong Unreal Tournament player before World Of Warcraft took over, then had to stop playing the MMOG because seriously, playing 14 hours a day and "forgetting" to take a bath and have dinner is a bit too much when you're a college student and an intern at a somewhat big company. Fortunately I didn't lose my job, but my course grades did drop. Nowadays I'm playing lots of PC and Xbox 360 games while steering clear from MMO Gs and not "forgetting" anything.
I graduated in Computer Science over an year ago and am currently half-way through a post-graduation in Software Engineering. You'll probably most certainly find me in programming, video game and other computer related topics more than anywhere else.
As for music, hmm... I actually listen to anything but noisy stuff, but I do have a preference for electronic music, Epic/Melodic/Uplifting Trance being my favorite genre.
Japanese stuff is not a part of my knowledge, but apparently it is common sense around here. Perhaps my fellow tropers can suggest me awesome things from our oriental friends?

I would recommend Lucky Star, the Guilty Gear games, Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni, Umineko No Naku Koro Ni, and the Tales Series of games.

Sup Y'all! Well it's official, TvTropes ruined my life so after Lurking for almost a entire year, I signed up.
Not much to me, I'm a college student majoring in Criminal Justice hoping to someday become an upstanding officer of the law.
I hope I can contribute to the site, step on as few toes as possible, and just have fun!
