(Mod edit to add a courtesy link to El Goonish Shive.)
Yay! Its back again! I stagger my reading of it to Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday cause there aren't enough good webcomics on those days, so I am not the best person to lead a real time discussion, but it really needs a thread. So in Monday's we see the mysterious return of the dark figure. (linky)
Who is starting to sound really, really desperate.
Also, is it just the art upgrade, or does Ellen's green ray seem more... jeeze, what is a same word to use? Powerful? More powerful then usual?

Yeah, it does, but I think Grace is a good example of strength not always dictating fighting prowess.
Also, if you're fast enough, you can over come most strength differences. The only case where strength makes you the winner is if you're grappling, and even then, there needs to be a HUGE difference. That's why they have weight classes, I believe.
Plus, technically, if you get into a REAL fight, you don't need to win, just hit the guy and GTFO. You don't need to be an hero or nonsense like that.

Kukuku, this latest strip is hilarious, especially for comic book geek such as I. Or anyone who was watching the Star Wars and Spider-Man movies lately.
Oh, and he was troping today. He brought up Big Bad and Joker Immunity in the same sentence.
Thank you Mr. Shive for making some sort of effort on rounding out Justin.
Even if it a little weird.
When All Else Fails, you have fun and flirt wit da ladies, dats da Drawings way!@N00b: Nice name
@This comic: Meh, didn't find it funny, and I found the justifications on why peace talks wouldn't work incredibly shoddy. Yes. Many universes deal with black and white morality. You do not need to be one of them. Even in Star Wars, there is always a chance to redeem yourself.
New User HandleParty pooper.
Also, it seemed that the entire point of Justin's speech was that not everything was black and white. Or at least part of it. And then the rest was every good geeky quote that seemed helpful. God Bless Justin.
When All Else Fails, you have fun and flirt wit da ladies, dats da Drawings way!Me, I liked this comic. Pretty funny. Interesting how these forums have far lower tolerance for bigotry (not that I'm complaining, mind you, I love it).
Likes many underrated webcomics@NLK: Not to start anything, but it makes me picture some El Goonish Shive thread in some other forum that is complaining how Justin the emo faggit needs to get over himself and just start dating Catrina...
It amused me.
New User HandleNah, I'm nnot for getting EGS Strangled by the Red String, and I don't inherently dislike Justin for being gay (he's pretty likable in and of himself). And who the hell is Catrina?
Likes many underrated webcomicsYeah. That. I was wondering I was leaning on Katerina...

New User HandleI actually think that's a really obvious "catty" name.
But is "Bobcat" even a real surname? I know Real Life people sometimes have animal surnames, but I never heard of Bobcat being one.

Sonic hates SOPAPoor guy really needs to get over it. Sorry Justin.
-snerk- his scene? What an odd choice of words.
And yes. He needs to get over it. Don't worry Justin, you can always use him as fodder.

Probably just a case of not doing the research, mistakes happen. Fighting and strength are two different things but my friend has demonstrated greatly that the latter helps.
