They aren't going to do a recut. It says right there in their FAQ, the most they'll do is a Rifftrax style audio track. They also say that if they do that they'll need to edit the dialogue because it's longer than the movies are. And that's all if they do an audio project one day, and have not decided not to do one.
The point is that for a Rifftrax style audio dub to work, it would have to synchronize with the films, and they've diverged enough from the gross physical events that such a dub would be nearly impossible.
