So, the Weasel Queen interlude is over. Is this Storm King opera another one?

Yes is does look like an a amalgum of Gil's lightning generator and the Hetrodyne invisability device Agathya tapped to power the sword variant.
And yeah, I expect it does work by creating electrical surges.
So many distractions, Agatha hasn't really had much of a chance to work at repairing the castle at all. Fortunately Gil wound up Dingbot Prime, and that's going to be like the pebble that starts an avalanche.

Never tell people how to do things. Tell them what to do and they will surprise you with their ingenuity. — George S. PattonNot surprising that it looks like the lightning gun; the primary important feature of the lightning gun/invisibility device was a ''Heterodyne Artifact" which may have originally been intended as a simple but effective power source (which they then decided they'd like to hide so that enemies couldn't break it and ruin whatever war machine it was powering). They are currently inside Castle Heterodyne, using to as high a degree as possible devices and parts which were already inside. It doesn't appear to be outfitted with an invisibility feature, but it's still a Heterodyne power source, probably from the same family member.
I find Zola irritating. I'm not really sure why; maybe it's her insistence on killing Castle Heterodyne without first trying to learn anything from it. Such wanton destruction of knowledge likes not me. It could just be my 'truth' thingy; people buying into lies when I know the truth makes me ill. It's one of the reasons I can't watch most mistaken-identity comedies.
I can't help but wonder what'll happen when the two heiresses finally encounter one another - I'm kind of hoping for an off-hand beat-down that Agatha barely gives a second thought but which makes Zola obsessed with surpassing her.
Ahhhh... that's it. I don't like Zola because she reminds me of Martina.

Brickman:
Of course, appearing to have an invisibility feature is a good sign of doin' it wrong.
In othar news: "Year of Storms 22 years ago." Wonder if that's foreshadowing.
Productivity is for people without internet connections. -Count DorkuI'm sort of expecting just the opposite—at the arc's climax, Zola's gonna suddenly have the rug pulled out from under her as a number of factors conspiring against her suddenly reveal themselves at once. Agatha's gonna pop up, and the Zola's gonna be all ready to blow the crap out of her when Gil suddenly pulls out his own gun and points it at her head, revealing his own identity, and Zeetha and the rest of the gang pop up and disarm or incapacitate the guards, and then, just then, the castle reveals that it's been fixed in this area. It's gonna be awesome.

I blame Dingbot Prime.

Do you highlight everything looking for secret messages? Will Agatha realize that the castle likes to take a liberal interpretation of what is said? Looks like it is headed for Three Is Company, though.

Mm, this whole time I was thinking it was impossible that there could be a love triangle between Gil, Agatha and Tarvek because Agatha has spent the whole comic thinking about Gil, but now it looks like, between jealous and Tarvek's current positioning for a Hurt/Comfort Fic scenario, there just might be a chance.
But it's still totally the Gil and Agatha show.
Productivity is for people without internet connections. -Count DorkuThis is Castle Hetrodyne, it's got a skewed perspective.
Never tell people how to do things. Tell them what to do and they will surprise you with their ingenuity. — George S. PattonI have to say, this is one of the very few times a webcomic has succeeded in making me actually laugh out loud.

If Tarvek had a command word, it'd have been used by now. Same with Agatha. Anyways, it's not just a word that's used to command her minions—ANYTHING she says in a forceful tone is a command word.
