So, the Weasel Queen interlude is over. Is this Storm King opera another one?

Uhm... well, on my screen, at least, the 'keep' is there.
As to Violeta... you know, I get the distinct impression she's nervous in open spaces. Or maybe she has whatever the opposite of Agrophobia is (fear of low places?). Or she's just continuing her lifelong game of 'floor is lava'.
Personally, I'm wondering how long it's going to take Agatha to notice that Tarvek is about to die on her behalf (or at least pass out) if she keeps dragging him randomly around the castle without tending to his wound(s) (maybe that's why he's holding his hand so oddlly? His fingers are stuck together with his own blood?)

Planescape Hijack
Te Chameleon: Heh, wonder if they'll pull off a Clevinger-esque anticlimax with that. Gil and Tarvek are about to get into the epic fight for Agatha, and then...thud.
Agatha will continue to be unamused at being treated like that.
@Brickman: Yeah, it was really the only way. I was kind of hoping he'd put her on a more equal basis than "plucky girl sidekick", but, it's Othar, I guess I shouldn't really have expected anything.

I wasn't expecting that. It makes sense though. Does this mean that Tarvek will be useless for the time being?
Planescape Hijack
Whoa, major props to Te Chameleon for calling it.
"We must stop the moon from eating the mushrooms!" Heh.
Productivity is for people without internet connections. -Count DorkuI think Agatha's warming up to her.
Oh, who wants to see a Violetta-Moloch-Wilhelm Love Triangle?
Do you highlight everything looking for secret messages?Incidentally, I could swear I recognize the "I can hear the loons" quote from someplace, but I can't place it, and it's driving me crazier than I already am >.<
(And it wasn't any major feat to guess that Tarvek was wounded and running on stimulants there, I don't think... especially considering how many of them he seemed to have on hand when he was at home- Lucragatha was so hopped up on them by the end of the Sturmhalten storyline that she wasn't thinking straight, heh...)

Heh. I love the labels on the machine. "OW" vs "OW" written slightly larger, "Loud" vs "Louder", "Hope" vs "Hopeless", etc.

Apparently Agatha's lineage included a whoooooooole lotta comedic sociopaths. Too funny.
And I wonder just how much lip the Castle will take from Moloch before it decides to up and squish him, minion of the mistress or no minion?
Hey, about the old pages now: Do This one
and the next fit the Gilligan Cut trope, despite not being comedy?
Or is there a better trope for that? (Tempting Fate, maybe)

"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."I'd say it's a straight up Gilligan Cut, since it fits the trope perfectly even though it's not comedy.
Dunno about whether it's Tempting Fate or not though since those two pages are smack bang in the middle of a Thirty Xanatos Pileup, so boldly declaring what the other characters will or won't do could go both ways. In this case the next scene was Tarvek (seemingly) outsmarting his sister by doing exactly what she predicted he'd never do, but it could just as easily have cut to a scene with Tarvek keeping the macguffin and smugly congratulating himself on how clever he was being.

Violetta looks different when she's not scowling. And I bet on Wednesday we're going to split the party, with someone staying behind to watch Tarvek and maybe someone accompanying Agatha.
By the way, it seems that the Most Common Superpower is on display in the second-to-last panel.

WOW. She sure does look like a different person when she actually smiles. I bet she doesn't do it very often though. Certainly not so far.
And yeah, it's pretty much a given that Moloch is Agatha's minion and sticks with Agatha while Violetta is Tarvek's minion and stays with Tarvek. And she's definitely going to get Gil herself.
{{=*chuckle*=}}
Phil Foglio's been about the Most Common Superpower since day one.
It's going to be interesting once all the 'kids' are together- heir to the Storm King, the Heterodyne heir, and the heir of the Pax Wulfenbach. That's a whole lot of brain- and firepower in one place, particularly with their various retinues... Zeetha, the Unstoppable Higgs, Violetta (who I have to admit is growing on me), Wooster, even (maybe?) Von Pinn. Oh, and Krosp.

Astute stratigec analysis by Tarvek. Although the dialog seems to be missing a word. "Probably the only thing that will [keep] the Baron from leveling this place ..."
As why for Violetta is running along the railing. Any or all the above reasons, or just bacause she can.
