Speaking of forgetting things, Martellus's sideburns are missing on the latest page, too.
Gil/Klaus flat out stated that they knew Gil could get away from the clank whenever he really put his mind to it.
And it may have just been left behind when Gil invited to tour the mystic memory sanctum, after which he went straight for Agatha.
Oh right, that's why I thought it was Tarvek at first glance...
No, Bohrlaikha was last seen long before Gil got to England. It appears she last showed up in the sequence that starts here, way back in 2015.
If you can say one thing consistently about Martellus, he really does not like The Other, and once again, it's pretty obvious that we can take him at his word when he says he'd be willing to even give up his claim on the Lightning Crown to stop her.
...He didnít say that, though?
Oh yes, he did. Sixth panel.
Okay, technically, what he said is that he'd "put aside the crown in an instant" to end her plans, but let's not split hairs as to the precise thing Martellus said he'd do. The spirit of that comment is, he'd give it all up to put a stop to The Other.
Oh, my bad, I thought you meant something from the current page.
"Our children will be magnificent"
While it isn't precisely said that Tweedle can only go at most 5 minutes without acting like a complete ass, it's pretty strongly hinted.
It's pretty clear he was deliberately created to be a Hate Sink, and probably assigned to do all the evil stuff originally planned for Gil and/or Tarvek.
Friday's post And things are looking very bad for Lucrezia!
No, they are looking very good for her. Albia and Lu are apparently time-looped against each other, and Albia just gave away knowledge that will hearten and instruct Lu.

Well, she kinda intends to have that version of Lu trapped and eventually erased after ripping its mind apart to dig for secrets. Meanwhile, Agatha and company do need to know about just how freaky the whole Other situation is.
Looks like Lucrezia has trouble adapting to the Sturmvoraus family no longer being led by a man smitten with her.
Albia ... you're monologuing again ...
Could someone maybe remind her that the base is under attack, and maybe she should sort that out or help get Lucrezia out of Agatha.
That being said, any exposition is good to take.
There is the detail that this version of Lu is being made to excrete a cinder block or two before Albia gets the super spark remote mode with Trelawney. And it is perhaps more of a threatening mode.
Cant wait until the "marines" get there. Are they in for a surprise.
I wonder if the time-travelling Lucrezia might turn out to actually be Zola in the end...?
I doubt that, Albia recognized the God-Queen killer as being Lucrezia by appearance, not by how she behaved.
Aaiigheee! A Side Story!
Oh come on... was this really the best time to include a side story??
Agreed - it's supremely annoying. That said, if this is what they need to do to avoid creative burnout, then I'm all for it, even while frustrated with it.
Yeah true if they are taking a bit of time to get their bearings, take a few breaths after the dense plot and get some new inspiration, it'll be definitely worth it.
There's a posting on the official GG Facebook page from whoever is running things for the Foglios while they are in Ireland for a convention, which says this is just a one-page filler, and not the start of a whole new Ivo adventure. I was annoyed too, till I heard that.
