That wasn't actually stated, but makes perfect sense. That could be retconned in without too much of a stretch.
There's also the fact that the clones are him. Not an aspect of him, but him. They aren't other people with their own feelings.
The sad, REAL American dichotomy
In the episode they say 'You can't unsummon us unless we want to'. Or something along those lines. Either way, epically stupid and nonsensical.
There's gotta be a trope for when even your clones don't like you. Self-hate and/or the realization that "I suck/am not a great person".
I remember in one Calvin And Hobbes, Calvin's clones were understandably just as lazy and uncooperative as him, only since they knew they weren't real they didn't feel guilty about it.
The sad, REAL American dichotomyUm, its mentioned in the episode synopsis that the shadow clones revolting was All Just a Dream. So its not so stupid.

We know it was mentioned as a dream in the synopsis. That makes the actual logic less stupid, but it's still stupid. That makes the episode as a whole ore stupid and pointless.
I think the Garfield page one of the most extreme Getting Crap Past the Radar moments (relative to the source material).

The sad, REAL American dichotomyAs you can tell based on the recycled images in the last six panels, the last half of the strip was a fake. An ascended case, though, as it was used in a movie, and that image was in the trailer for it. And the facial expressions on Garfield an Odie just reinforce that it was intentional.
The sad, REAL American dichotomy
I will not be able to look at Garfield the way I did ever again.
"threw", and yes it was actually from the movie, or so our page says. It was definitely the same as from the trailer, which the Garfield page also links to.

The sad, REAL American dichotomyRemember when we believed someone could do something that mattered in the long run without being related to the Sage?
The sad, REAL American dichotomyHe was probably just waiting until Itachi died or he could be sure he would win. Remember, his last two attempts had him retreat with his tail between his legs.
Really quick ask for help: I'm trying to find a webcomic which I think was linked to on this site. It had Batman talking about how "I Work Alone", while half of his bat-family is behind him, playing up the Informed Loner. Dick is talking to him, but Batman brushes him off.
It's not on any of those pages, but I'd like to add the link or image to them.
The sad, REAL American dichotomyMaybe we'll finally get some update on Naruto and Hinata next week...

GUNDAMU GUNDAMU

Oro wanted the body just as much as the eye. He was quite interested in the first's DNA as well. I think he was trying to become the new Sage of the six paths.
You look happy, I can change that if you want.
