- Adaptation Displacement: Not many people knew it was based on an app from 2013 called Chatter Zoo.
- Fandom Rivalry: An unfortunate one with fans of Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood- due to Netflix dropping the latter (along with several Nine Story Media Group shows) from its lineup shortly before premiering this show, several parents are already blaming the show as the reason "Netflix cancelled Daniel Tiger" on Netflix's Facebook pagenote
- Memetic Mutation: The Netflix logo makes the show look like it is named N-Word Party.
- Mis-blamed: The core reason of the Fandom Rivalry. In a glaring example of the Most Visible Target fallacy, many fans of Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood blamed this show as the reason the former was dropped from Netflix, as Daniel Tiger (along with a whole plathora of Nine Story Media Group shows) was dropped days before this show premiered. The real reason is that Amazon had just snatched the rights out of Netflix's hands by signing a (legally questionable) multi-year exclusive deal to stream PBSKids shows
. - Moe: Lulu. Heck, all the babies count. You can even call the entire series that if you want. What we're saying is, it's a very cute series.
- Periphery Demographic: Despite being aimed at preschoolers, this show has a huge fandom of babies, likely because the protagonists are infants.
- Sensory Abuse: Kip's Boppin' Beetle toy in the episode "Kip Comes To His Senses". Rapidly flashing lights that could cause seizures? Check. Obnoxious beeping sounds that gives CrazyBus a run for it's money? Check. It's surprising that the UL and CPSC would even approve this toy for sale. If this toy was real, they would've swiftly banned it from sale.
