- They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot: The main complaint about the book is that the story of Sir Henry and his family is dull, while the story of the "Scooby-Doo" Hoax played on the Roundheads is much more interesting. Guess which of these plots is barely mentioned while the other takes up most of the book. Even the confirmation that yes, it was all a hoax, is mentioned in passing then forgotten about. Especially glaring because the hoax is the only part of the book that's based on a true story!
