  • Germans Love David Hasselhoff: "Hold Back the Water" was never a single, yet became very popular in South America. Any Youtube release will have comments only in Spanish and Portuguese, and City of God even features it in a party reflecting how it was a DJ staple in 70s\80s Brazil.
  • Misaimed Fandom: "Takin' Care of Business" is often used as background music to videos about working. Even office supply retail chain Office Depot once used the song in many of its ads, also making "Taking Care of Business" the slogan for the whole company. The song itself is really a Rock-Star Song about how awesome it is to be an artist who makes his own hours and doesn't have to worry about the 9-to-5, creating quite the contrast (ironically, a station promo for Australian digital radio station MMM Classic Rock suggested "Maybe the reason millennials are so lazy is because they don't have a song about takin' care of business"). The title "Takin' Care of Business" is meant sarcastically.
    If you ever get annoyed
    Look at me, I'm self-employed
And I love to work at nothin' all day
  • Signature Song: "You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet", with "Takin' Care of Business" and "Let It Ride" not far behind.
