- Best Known for the Fanservice: The 2002 event was average at best but most fans would remember the segment of Dawn Marie showing the video of her and Torrie Wilson at the hotel room, making out in their underwear and coming close to having sex before the video being cut off by Torrie's father.
- Just Here for Godzilla: Armageddon 2006 is mostly remembered for London and Kendrick's fatal four way ladder match than the other matches on the card, especially Cena/Batista vs King Booker/Finlay as the main event.
- Nightmare Fuel: The 2005 Undertaker versus Randy Orton Hell in a Cell match because an interfering Bob Orton Jr. didn't tell anyone that he had hepatitis beforehand, putting his son, the Deadman, the cameraman, and the referee at risk of getting the disease (even though he bled during the match). Fortunately, that did not happen, but outside of kayfabe, the Undertaker was understandably pissed off about the older Orton having not taken others' health and safety into consideration.
- Shocking Moments: 2006's Fatal-Four Way Ladder Match, first off because it wasn't announced until just before the two teams of the match (London and Kendrick and William Regal and Dave Taylor) were about to duke it out. Teddy Long then makes it a ladder match and then adds MNM and the Hardy Brothers to even things out. Other spots include: the Hardys and London and Kendrick facing off against one another in the ring and Joey Mercury's facial injury from the event.
- Signature Scene:
- 1999: Stephanie McMahon's Face–Heel Turn.
- 2000: The Undertaker chokeslamming Rikishi off the cell and into the pine chip-filled truck.
- 2002: The 3 Stages of Hell match between Triple H and Shawn Michaels.
- 2003: All 4 Evolution members standing together with all the titles.
- 2004: The PPV debut of The Miz
- 2005: The Undertaker vs. Randy Orton - Hell in a Cell.
- 2006: Joey Mercury's (legit) injury during the Fatal-Four Way Tag Team Ladder Match.
- Tough Act to Follow: If anyone remembers Armageddon 2006, it's mostly for the fatal-four way tag team ladder match, the second match of the night, rather than the main event of Cena and Batista versus King Booker and Finlay.
