• Germans Love David Hasselhoff: He's a true legend in Japan and in Puerto Rico.
• Harsher in Hindsight: It's hard to watch his matches now and seeing him bleeding everywhere knowing that numerous wrestlers have accused him of infecting them with hepatitis C (most notably Devon Nicholson who won a $2.3 million lawsuit against Abdullah over it).
• Overshadowed by Controversy: Whatever your feelings are on Devon Nicholson or the lawsuit he filed against Abdullah, it's hard to argue that him being positive for hepatitis C while still working bloody matches against opponents who were unaware of his diagnosis really soured some fans thoughts on his matches afterwards.
