- Fridge Brilliance: There sure are a lot of eyeballs inside Parasitis, which is odd when it has none on the outside. Then again, most things that could pose any real threat to it would have to enter its innards to do so, and it has plenty of defense mechanisms living inside for all those eyes to coordinate.

- What did Parasitis do to Maria while holding her inside it? Did it need a human woman in the first place? Did it infect/impregnate her so that she'll be giving birth to (or becoming) another Eldritch Abomination? Was it actually Maria or did Nazar unwittingly extract a replicated impostor chrysalis and Parasitis will be reborn to continue ravaging the universe?
- On top of that, if Parasitis's original host was their unborn child, and if Parasite X had a physical form and not just spiritual, where did the parasite come from?! If it's lurking in either of Nazar or Maria, destroying Parasitis may not have changed much at all...
